With its open plan, strategic use of windows, thoughtful projections, and luxurious finishes, the house offers a modern living experience amidst the constraints of a densely packed neighbourhood. The contemporary interior themes, combined with traditional elements, ensure a unique and comfortable living space that meets the diverse needs of the clients.
The construction of this private residence employs top-of-the-line materials to ensure durability, strength, and aesthetic appeal. Porotherm and lightweight Renacon blocks are used for the structure, providing excellent ventilation and reducing the overall load on the building.
Ultratech cement and Tata steel are the primary materials, pioneering in engineering and ensuring robust and long-lasting construction. The windows are made of aluminium and powder-coated for durability and a sleek look.
The interiors are a testament to luxury and sophistication, with marble used extensively throughout the residence. The marble floors and countertops exude opulence, while the carefully chosen colour palette and finishes add a touch of elegance.
Wardrobes in all the rooms feature high-quality acrylic and unique laminates, adding a sleek and contemporary touch. The lift wall and lobby are treated with exquisite marble, enhancing the luxurious ambiance of the home. A special feature is the pooja room, adorned with Chettinad pillars, which introduce a traditional essence into the otherwise modern interior, creating a harmonious blend of old and new.
The house stands tall, showcasing a sleek, contemporary façade. Projections on the west side are carefully designed to mitigate direct sunlight, ensuring the interior remains cool and comfortable. The exterior is an elegant mix of materials, highlighted by clean lines and a refined textured articulation that wraps the entire structure.
Stepping into the house, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring a stylish breakfast counter that doubles as a casual dining spot.
Tall windows dominate the walls, flooding the space with natural light and facilitating excellent ventilation. The interiors are modern, sleek, and contemporary, characterized by a subtle and neutral colour palette that blends seamlessly with the marble flooring.
Bedrooms and Open Spaces: Ascending to the next floor, you find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The kids’ bedroom flows visually into a double-height green courtyard, with a charming pastel green theme that creates a refreshing and playful atmosphere.
The parents’ bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, with a contemporary wood and white combination that exudes warmth and sophistication. This room opens into a deep pocket of a balcony, offering a serene outdoor retreat.
The son’s bedroom on the third floor continues the contemporary theme with neutral tones and a beautifully adorned marble bathroom.
This room features French windows that open visually down to the balcony below, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The highlight of this floor is the private terrace, accessible from the lobby. This outdoor space provides a secluded retreat for relaxation and leisure, away from the bustling neighbourhood below.
The use of high-quality construction materials further enhances the residence’s durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
