The project began with the client’s vision for a modern open layout office design with transparency, breaking away from the traditional corporate aesthetic.
Our initial concept was to transform the expansive space into an open layout that fosters collaboration and creativity through a visually seamless environment. Key design elements included a minimalist use of wood, soft curves, and a color palette aligned with the company logo. However, designing an open layout presented challenges: to divide the space while maintaining visual flow without solid partitions, and to manage electrical wiring and outlets effectively. Ultimately, the innovative use of space became the central focus.
CTRL+F, a finance consulting office for MSMEs, introduces a refreshing take on workspace design that blurs the lines between structure and spontaneity. This 1,400 sq. ft. office moves away from conventional layouts and embraces a fluid, contemporary aesthetic that reflects the firm’s forward-thinking identity. With its sweeping curves, tactile materials, and subtle moments of color, the space balances functionality with an expressive character that elevates the everyday office experience.

The entrance sets the tone with a gently curved reception desk and a sculptural pendant light that floats above it like a piece of kinetic art.
A transparent glass partition behind the desk offers a glimpse into the vibrant heart of the office, where an abacus-inspired partition crafted from spherical elements and dice adorned with symbolic motifs separates the lounge from the main workstations.
The lounge area is defined by a raised wooden platform, a mirrored ceiling that enhances the sense of openness, and a bespoke curved bookshelf that adds both warmth and a sense of storytelling to the space.
The conference room functions as a hybrid space. Further, offering a circular wooden table for meetings, a bench for casual conversations, and a high desk for focused work.
Private cabins are treated with minimalism and clarity, featuring sleek wooden desks with metal bases and curved glass partitions that preserve openness while ensuring privacy.
The CEO’s cabin introduces a bold accent with a vibrant orange sofa. Further, a compact vertical bookshelf that adds utility without visual clutter.
The overarching design language is defined by sweeping curves, neutral tones, and strategic pops of color. Glass partitions ensure transparency and connectivity. While touches of greenery in every corner, piece of artworks and different light fixtures bring life to the interiors. The result is a modern yet minimalistic workspace that prioritizes openness. Further, fostering creativity, and functionality- perfectly tailored for today’s dynamic work culture.
