    First Floor

The living space on this floor transitions to a Georgian-inspired design. The polished black and white floors create a sense of drama, while rustic elements from the family’s travels add warmth and character to the formal elegance.

The study on the first floor continues the theme of sophistication, featuring dark teak and Stanley pieces. It’s a bright and inviting workspace designed for productivity, with ample natural light enhancing its refined character.

The master bedroom blends French and English sensibilities, creating a luxurious, calming space. The soft, earthy tones and minimalistic wall treatments make this room a perfect retreat, combining historical charm with modern comfort.

Both rooms are designed with elegant practicality, providing adaptable spaces that are comfortable and stylish, ensuring they meet the needs of the family now and in the future.

    Second Floor

Upon ascending to the second floor, visitors are greeted by a distinct atmosphere that sets this level apart from the rest of the home. The foyer on this floor is characterized by high arches that create a sense of grandeur and anticipation.

These architectural elements lead into the drawing room and other spaces, enhancing the transition with a dramatic yet welcoming effect.

The drawing room on the second floor is a serene pastel blue haven. The choice of soft English colours combined with the abundant natural light creates a tranquil, inviting atmosphere.

This room is designed as a retreat from the more formal spaces below, with its light palette enhancing the sense of openness and calm.

    Cohesive Flow

High arches cordon off the room. Thus adding architectural interest and subtly separating it from other areas while maintaining a cohesive flow.

Although the second floor does not feature a formal dining area, the expansive and well-lit drawing room serves as a versatile space for gatherings and casual dining. The design emphasises comfort and elegance, making it suitable for both intimate family meals and larger social events. The terrace, accessible from this level, extends the living space outdoors. Thus offering a perfect spot for al fresco dining and enjoying the view.

The study on the second floor is a bright and inspiring workspace located on a half-floor. It benefits from an abundance of natural light. The black and white flooring and European aesthetic tie the room to the rest of the home. Meanwhile, the lighter colour palette and airy atmosphere create a productive and uplifting environment.

This study serves as a serene retreat for work or contemplation, uniquely elevated within the home.

While the second floor does not feature a traditional master bedroom, it includes a guest bedroom designed with the same attention to detail as the rest of the home.

    Refined Elegance

The room is designed to provide a comfortable and stylish retreat for visitors, reflecting the home’s overall aesthetic of understated luxury.

The terrace on the second floor is a standout feature, offering a private outdoor retreat that enhances the home’s luxurious living experience. Accessible directly from the study, the terrace is an ideal space for relaxation and enjoyment of the outdoors. It provides a peaceful escape with ample space for lounging or entertaining, making it a versatile addition to the home’s design.
