The project envisioned and executed with a deep sensitivity toward spatial aesthetics, user comfort, and modern functionality. Rising elegantly across six levels (Ground + Five Floors), the building encapsulates a holistic approach to luxury, blending contemporary design with timeless sophistication.

    The ground floor serves as the welcoming heart of the property, featuring an exquisitely designed restaurant that offers both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements.

    The outdoor dining area is enhanced by a tranquil waterfall wall, creating an ambient and soothing atmosphere.

    A state-of-the-art kitchen supports seamless culinary operations, making this space ideal for casual and fine dining experiences alike.

    First-Floor Layout

    On the first floor, a grand banquet hall stands as the central venue for celebrations and events. Adjoining changing rooms offer privacy and convenience for guests, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience during social gatherings.

    Spaces on Second-Floor

    The second floor features a well-appointed reception area accompanied by four lodging rooms, including a premium suite and three elegant standard rooms.

    Each room has been meticulously designed to balance privacy, comfort, and luxury, with attention to natural light, ventilation, and refined finishes.

    Both the third and fourth floors continue this design language, each comprising one luxurious suite and four standard rooms. These levels maintain consistency while offering high-end hospitality to guests.

    Rooftop Dining Area

    The terrace floor elevates the project, both literally and experientially. Further, with a rooftop dining area curated for night-time entertainment. This open-air space, complete with a dedicated kitchen and modern restrooms, is perfect for intimate dinners or vibrant rooftop parties under the stars.

    Common areas such as the restaurant, banquet hall, and rooftop lounge are complemented by spacious, thoughtfully designed restrooms for men and women. Further, underscoring our commitment to guest comfort and hygiene.

    Hotel Grand Shaurya is not merely a building, it is an experience, crafted to redefine contemporary hospitality through purposeful design and architectural elegance.
