The client envisioned a modern contemporary home that feels sophisticated yet practical, with uncluttered layouts, ample storage, and interiors that bring comfort and elegance together.
Modern Contemporary Luxe design — a clean-lined aesthetic elevated through textures, reflective accents, and timeless detailing.
The concept draws from understated luxe design. Layered fabrics, tactile textures, marble finishes, mirrors, and gold accents come together to create depth while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Open planning defined the interiors — the living and dining flow seamlessly into each other, bedrooms were designed with compact functionality, and custom-built luxe design furniture ensured storage was integrated without overwhelming the design.
Working within 1300 sft. meant balancing richness of detail with spatial lightness. Careful editing of materials, furniture scale, and accent placement was crucial to avoid visual clutter.
The palette includes marble flooring and surfaces, plush upholstered furniture, layered fabrics, and mirrors for expansion. Gold accents, veneers, and matte laminates add warmth and refinement.
A neutral base anchors the interiors, allowing textures and veining in marble to stand out. Upholstery in muted tones introduces comfort, mirrors enhance brightness, and gold details act as subtle highlights of luxury.
The dining area is a standout feature — a printed fabric wall cladding with mirror inserts and wallpaper above the table. It creates a layered, tactile backdrop that anchors the space and becomes an instant conversation piece.
The USP is the sense of expansiveness achieved in a compact home. Strategic zoning, layered styling, and reflective surfaces ensure the interiors feel airy and fluid, without sacrificing warmth or intimacy.
This project reflects modern contemporary living at its best — functional, elegant, and lifestyle-driven. Every space is thoughtfully designed to be timeless, comfortable, and seamlessly aligned with the client’s way of life.
