The entrance foyer of this luxury flat sets the tone for the home, exuding a grand and welcoming presence. It is highlighted by a striking slab of semi-precious agate, paired beautifully with a serene Buddha statue. A stunning shoe cabinet with intricate detailing adds an element of artistry, while the impressive double doors reflect the elegance of the apartment.
The living room is expansive and airy, seamlessly connected to a spacious balcony. It features a cozy seating area, while the walls showcase a variety of materials, adding visual interest and texture. The dining area integrates seamlessly with the living space, creating a cohesive and connected layout.
Adjacent to the living room is a snug media room, designed for comfort with a warm wooden ceiling and acoustic enhancements, including a fabric-clad wall behind the TV.
A hidden bar brings a touch of intrigue, while the Liquid Metal–finished wall becomes the true showstopper, its surface coming alive under soft ambient lighting.
The luxury flat puts functionality at the forefront, offering multiple dedicated workspaces. The kitchen is tailored for everyday, high-frequency use. It features easy-to-maintain ceramic cabinets and glass-finished uppers that add lightness and clarity. A carefully considered plan ensures seamless movement and an efficient daily rhythm. Although a separate storeroom accommodates extra groceries and kitchen supplies, an adjoining utility area serves multiple purposes. This includes storage for miscellaneous items and a designated space for laundry and ironing.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to reflect the personality and storage needs of its occupant, while maintaining a sense of openness and a clutter-free aesthetic. The color palette is predominantly neutral, with subtle accents for added character.
A standout feature is the son’s bedroom, which includes a spacious study area, a large TV, and an elegant black-and-white attached bathroom.
The room’s flooring is distinct from the rest of the house, creating a seamless yet visually striking transition from the marble flooring in the passage to the bedroom and bathroom. This careful design ensures a harmonious and fluid flow throughout the space.
Most rooms in this house feature balconies that serve as extensions, enhancing the apartment’s sense of spaciousness. The living room balcony stands out for its generous size and a charming canopy overhead, making it an ideal space for entertaining or relaxing, especially in pleasant weather.
