Editor’s note : “Discover a dwelling where the essence of sublime opulence emanates from its minimalistically serene interiors, beckoning visitors with tranquillity. The white-toned ambience harmoniously integrates boldly printed furnishings, achieving a perfect balance of aesthetics and practicality. In the bedrooms, a darker tone is artfully employed, nourishing the space with equal tonal richness without compromising the grand scenic views that grace this remarkable abode.” ~ Venessa Thomas (Co-Editor)
Guided by the couple’s aspirations for a modern and functional dwelling, Simran deftly crafted an ambience that resonates with a calming allure, while tastefully accentuating sumptuous materials.
At the heart of the living space, an exquisite coffee table takes center stage, showcasing petrified wood fossil stone adorned with intricate brass details. This pièce de résistance effortlessly exudes an air of magnificence and charm.
Within the living and dining areas, a seamless harmony unfolds, reflecting Simran’s unrivalled design finesse. Each corner of the home is a canvas for the family’s unique personality, effortlessly weaving a rich tapestry of vibrant hues into the overarching design theme.
A meticulously curated colour palette, featuring shades of grey, wine, blue, and beige, unifies the entire apartment, creating an inviting and cohesive atmosphere that envelops residents and guests alike.
Since this was our first project in Mahindra Luminare and they had very exhausting policies with regard to the interiors & civil works adhering to those without limiting our design aesthetics was definitely was a challenge not only for the design team but for execution team as well.
The project execution got stand still because of the government announcement of lockdown and the second wave of covid-19 so site work and limited hours of work was definitely a big challenge to finish the project within stipulated timelines.
