This 2200 sq. ft. flat interiors feel like the space already knows you as high above the gentle pulse on the 27th floor, where clouds drift almost within reach and Pune hums in distant stillness. That’s the quiet magic of this thoughtfully detailed home, designed by Cubix Global by Prachi Jain. This isn’t just a 3BHK; it’s a soft-spoken symphony of design where every corner seems to pause and ask, “How do you want to feel here?” From the moment you step inside, the home doesn’t rush to impress; it gently unfolds.“Designing homes isn’t about matching, but about meeting,” says Prachi Jain. This residence was born of contrast, where two polarities danced into seamless harmony. His world of sleek lines and sharp precision met her universe of feeling, art and soul, each pulling in a different direction, until design became the shared language that held them both.

The main door doesn’t simply open; it emerges like a story, acting as a sculptural centrepiece in wood and shadow. Clad in natural veneer, its undulating pattern echoes the topography of Vietnam’s paddy fields. The entryway, with its sleek shoe rack and hand painted art, sets the tone. Look out, and you’ll catch glimpses of the city wrapped in soft skies. Look within, and you’ll find spaces that feel just as expansive.
At the heart of the home is a living area that feels like a long exhale. Natural light pours in from expansive windows, transforming the muted material palette into something luminous. A custom TV wall in soft marble, crafted in the signature style of Prachi Jain, It stands like a quiet monolith. A four-seater sofa upholstered in textured fabric, balanced lounge chair, ceramic planters, a floor lamp and a throw carelessly draped as though someone just left the couch mid-conversation.
A reversible swing, suspended like memory in motion, bridges the living and dining spaces, connecting moments of leisure and togetherness with a gentle sway. Beyond it, a conversational 8-seater dining nook unfolds beside a slender console and streamlined cabinetry. It leads into a kitchen and utility area where ergonomics and elegance coexist. Matte finishes, hidden storage, and clean lines create a seamless blend of form and function.
Thoughtfully positioned along the flow between the private quarters and the communal core, the mandir reveals itself in quiet grace, whether one is entering the heart of the home or retreating into rest. Crafted in warm veneer, with a delicately placed idol resting against a radiant brass inlay set in Vietnam marble, it is framed within a soft arched niche, offering a moment of quiet devotion in motion.
The Master Suite is meditative, where neutrals cocoon the senses and every surface feels intentional. A custom-crafted bed back blooms with a floral motif that fades into a delicate lilac ombré. Sunlight spills across polished marble floors, while a discreet walk-in wardrobe and integrated study nook plays its part with quiet sophistication.
In the parent’s bedroom, the mood shifts to gentle elegance. Mornings begin with sunlight spilling over sage-toned walls, and evenings soften into slow conversations. By the window, a built-in seating nook cradles the edge of the room, where stories are shared, tea is poured and visiting children find a place to pause. A muted headboard anchors the bed, with a hand-painted art that flows organically across the bed wall and ceiling. Inspired by the idea of freeing the mind from rigidity, the fluid strokes evoke movement with a sense of continuity.
Tucked away in a corner of the home, this room is where dreams run wild and maps turn into stories. The bed wall, wrapped in soft grey texture paint, sets the tone effortlessly cool. A DIY world map installation becomes the room’s soulful anchor. Beneath this cartographic muse, the bed is layered in restful tones of navy, grey, and white, a blend of calmness and character. A waterjet granite study desk, metallic shelving and the warm glow of a gold-lettered quote turn this corner into a capsule of quiet ambition. Every book placed, every pencil used, is a step toward something greater.
The terrace rises, a quiet breath within the home, its double-height walls stretching like a canvas of calm. Layers of color gently climb upward, each hue a soft memory of earth and sky, blending into one another like ripples of wind on sand. Minimal in furnishing, the space invites stillness. The space doesn’t impose, it listens.
In every corner of this home lies a quiet richness, not in extravagance, but in intention. With a palette of natural veneers, hand-painted artwork, textured finishes, and honed marble, the materials speak a language of restrained elegance. Every detail, from bespoke furniture to curated art, plays a meaningful role in the home’s narrative.
“The furniture doesn’t perform, it belongs. The artwork doesn’t decorate, it speaks”, says Prachi Jain. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, the space reveals more, subtle layers, opposing sensibilities balanced with grace, and a sense of clarity that lingers long after you’ve left.
