This elegant residence is constructed using locally available Jodhpur sandstone. The elevation is thoughtfully designed using stone to seamlessly blend traditional craftsmanship with modern design, creating a captivating combination of historical artistry and contemporary elegance. It showcases majestic, timeless stone architecture. The central arch stands tall in a concrete jungle as a focal point, harmoniously intertwining with the MS railing and modern ceiling detail.

This elegant residence sprawls gracefully over a large site, boasting a 7,500 sq. ft. built-up area, where every corner whispers tales of elegance, comfort, and details. The ground floor has bedrooms for the parents and son, while the upper floor houses the daughter’s bedroom, a guest room, and a multipurpose hall. The hall hosts guests for activities like playing cards, enjoying dinner, and watching movies. Each bedroom reflects the unique style and preferences of its occupants through careful design.
An accent wall of Italian marble, exuding luxurious elegance, defines the exquisitely designed formal living area.
The tinted glass and wooden ceiling add a sense of sophistication and grandeur. The statement sofa, adorned with luxurious texture, serves as a focal point, offering both comfort and visual allure.
The grand duplex lobby creates an impressive atmosphere. A divine idol of Lord Shiva on the Kailash Parvat greets guests in the courtyard, situated just in front of the entrance door.
The lobby features stunning walls, a detailed ceiling, a luxurious Italian-finished dining table, and a captivating modern chandelier that exudes sophistication and drama.
The seamless connection to the formal living area through an elegant partition adds to the overall sense of luxury and refinement.
The courtyard fills the house with natural light and houses the Pooja area. It is the main attraction of the house with a waterfall and an idol of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati on a majestic Kailash parvat, carved out of a single rock, rejuvenating both mind and spirit!
The master bedroom features a design that blends stone and wood. It incorporates herringbone-patterned wooden louvers and striking stone to create a timeless charm in an opulent black and gold interior.
The bold use of materials adds elegance and sophistication to the space, enhancing the overall ambiance with luxurious comfort and aesthetic appeal.
The guest bedroom embraces a neoclassical style, showcasing calming green and luxurious gold tones, and capturing the essence of refined simplicity. It showcases the serenity of minimal design for a peaceful retreat.
The gently curved wall in daughter’s bedroom creates a feeling of movement in the space, while the soft pink colours give the room a sense of warmth and tranquillity.
The accent bench we chose adds functionality and visual interest to the room, complementing the minimalist interior design.
The son’s bedroom is designed to make a bold and modern statement. It features a rich, dark-tinted veneer for the bed back. Moreover, it is paired with vibrant upholstery to add a pop of colour and personality to the space.
Furthermore, this project masterfully blends serenity and urban sophistication, offering a peaceful haven within the city.
Whether hosting gatherings or enjoying quiet family moments, this home strikes the perfect balance between modern design and cosy living. Thus, proving that minimalist spaces can be both inviting and luxurious.
