It features a dramatic backlit onyx wall panel on the right, radiating a warm golden glow that sets a rich and inviting tone. A sleek black console table with mirrored surfaces and contemporary floral arrangements adds an element of refined sophistication.
The ceiling is creatively designed with a cityscape print, giving an illusion of depth and urban dynamism overhead. On the left, the elevator facade is minimalist with soft-textured beige wall panels and a brushed bronze elevator indicator. The space uses reflective black marble flooring with subtle veining that enhances its opulence while visually extending the depth of the corridor. The foyer seamlessly blends ambient lighting, luxe materiality, and artistic detail, creating a bold and upscale first impression.
The living space is a carefully curated blend of modern sophistication and eclectic artistic flair. The layout features a central seating arrangement with plush sofas in deep navy and muted greys, accented by contemporary quilted armchairs.
A bold marble coffee table anchors the area, layered over a soft abstract-patterned rug, infusing texture and vibrancy into the palette. One wall showcases warm, vertically paneled wood, contrasting elegantly against the polished grey marble flooring and soft, diffused drapery that allows ambient light to permeate the space.

At the centre of the space is a sleek, black bar-height table, accompanied by a mix of modern, monochrome bar stools, which provide a stylish setting for casual dining or evening drinks. An eye-catching, wave-like black modular sofa with sculptural curves anchors the far side of the terrace. Further, adorned with colorful orange and red throw pillows.
