    Reception

The reception area serves as a striking introduction to the office, offering a preview of the overall design narrative. Dominating the space is a bold piece of artwork that speaks for itself, embodying the firm’s dynamic and progressive spirit.

This statement piece is complemented by the reception desk, meticulously crafted with bold metallic finishes that immediately draw the eye, establishing it as the focal point of the space.

    Light Fixture

To balance these commanding elements, a sleek, minimalist hanging light fixture adds a touch of understated elegance, softening the composition while maintaining a contemporary, sophisticated ambiance.

    Employee Area

The employee area has been thoughtfully designed to embody a modest yet bright and uplifting ambience. Further, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Custom-designed storage units act not only as functional elements but also as sculptural art pieces. Also, subtly enhancing the visual character of the space while creating an enlightened, engaging atmosphere for the staff. Adjacent to this zone, the accountant’s area is portrayed through a thoughtfully crafted half-and-half partition. This provides a balance between privacy and connectivity within the open-plan workspace.

    Accountant’s Area

Within the accountant’s area, the workstation table has been distinctively designed using miniature subway tiles, introducing a delicate texture that adds tactile interest and visual depth to the setting. This material choice also enabled the seamless formation of gentle curves along the table’s edges. Further, softening the overall geometry and contributing to a more inviting, approachable character within the workspace. The integration of these design details ensures a harmonious dialogue between functionality and aesthetic refinement across both zones.

    collaborative space

    Conference Room

The conference room has been strategically positioned to maximize the influx of natural light throughout the day. Creating a bright, inviting, and interactive environment that fosters collaboration and productivity. The thoughtful placement along the building’s glazed façade ensures a seamless connection between the interior collaborative space and the surrounding exterior views. Further, enhancing the spatial experience for both clients and team members.

    Artwork

Within this setting, carefully curated artwork narrates the story of Ekavia’s investment journey – visually capturing moments of growth, resilience, and ambition. The art not only serves as a dynamic focal point but also subtly reinforces the brand’s identity and ethos, transforming the conference room into a collaborative space where business strategy and creative storytelling converge.

    Director’s Cabin

The Director’s cabin has been thoughtfully planned and positioned to take full advantage of the site’s natural assets. Also, allowing uninterrupted views of the river while ensuring an abundance of natural daylight throughout the workspace. This strategic placement not only enhances the quality of the working environment but also fosters a sense of calm and openness within the leadership suite.

    collaborative space

    Storage Unit

The bespoke storage unit within the cabin is a particularly distinctive element. Conceptually inspired by the language of investment charts, specifically the iconic red and green candlesticks that signify market trends. Interpreted in a subtle, abstract manner, these forms are integrated as horizontal ledge supports. Further, creating both a functional and visually engaging composition.

Acting as both practical storage and a narrative design feature, this piece becomes a minimalistic yet subtle highlight within the space. Complementing this, the director’s desk has been designed with a minimalist approach, employing clean lines and understated materials that balance, while maintaining a refined, contemporary aesthetic throughout the cabin.

    CEO’s Cabin

The CEO’s cabin has been meticulously positioned to capitalize on natural light, with expansive openings oriented towards the south and west façades. The team carefully places the desk to bathe the space in warm daylight throughout the day, while offering sweeping cityscape views during working hours and a dynamic skyline panorama by night, enhancing both the ambience and the spatial quality of the executive environment.

In keeping with the client’s preference for a minimalist aesthetic rooted in the project’s beige-centric mood board, the team custom-designs the director’s desk using travertine stone. This natural material, with its inherent veining and textured surface, introduces a quiet sophistication and organic tactility to the space. Moreover, the team bridges simplicity with refined detail and complements it with the addition of fluted veneer finishes, enriching the area with texture and warmth.

    Hues & Tones

To enhance the sensory experience, the team layers a plush, neutral-toned carpet into the room, providing both a sense of warmth underfoot and effective acoustic performance. The artwork curated for the director’s cabin holds personal resonance, conceptualized as an abstract interpretation of investment charts. Through subtle tonal contrasts and fluid forms, it narrates a visual story of market fluctuations and progress, seamlessly integrating the professional identity of the occupant with the overall design language of the space.
