The safety door , which serves as an entrance, itself serves as both an entry point and a safety feature, ensuring peace of mind without compromising on style. The solid shutter of the door is crafted with a dark wood finish, exuding a sense of warmth and elegance. Integrated into this solid shutter are black round mild steel bars, positioned vertically to enhance both security and design. These steel bars carefully align with the vertical grooves on the door, creating a seamless and harmonious look.

Entrance Foyer

The shoe rack, positioned in the corridor of the building, is designed with equal emphasis on functionality and aesthetics. It aligns perfectly with the adjacent wall to maintain a clean and organized look. Additionally, it features a grey laminate finish on the shutters and is structured into three vertical storage compartments. Round ventilation holes on each shutter ensure proper air circulation. Meanwhile, a burnt orange finish accents the bottom part of the shutters. This burnt orange hue extends seamlessly into the horizontal seating ledge. Thus, giving the appearance that the ledge emerges directly from the vertical storage units.

A horizontal open niche complements the vertical storage. At the end of the horizontal seating ledge, a round cutout has been crafted to inset a planter. Moreover, it brings a touch of nature into the space. This thoughtful addition not only enhances the aesthetic but also introduces a bit of greenery, making the corridor more inviting and livelier. 

Living Room

As you step into the living room from the foyer, the space greets you with a harmonious blend of modern elegance and geometric design elements that define it. The focal point of the living room is a pair of striking bottle-green sofas. Moreover, it adds a pop of rich color and creates a welcoming seating area. These sofas arrange around a set of eye-catching center tables, serving as the centerpiece of the space. The center tables are unique in design, featuring triangular surfaces with curved edges, finished in luxurious white cream marble. Supported by three round bases, these tables bring a sense of artistic geometry to the room. 

The pooja unit elegantly combines fluted glass and wooden shutters, creating a serene and sacred space that blends seamlessly with the modern aesthetic of the living room. In front of the two-seater sofa, a sleek TV unit anchors the room.

The wall behind the TV is clad in grey marble. Moreover, it features horizontal grooves that add texture and depth to the space. The low-height TV unit combines wood and grey laminate finishes and incorporates drawers on both sides for storage. Additionally, it includes an open niche in the centre for additional functionality.

Dining Area

At the far end of the room, the dining area continues the geometric theme with a dining table. It mirrors the design of the center tables in the living room, but on a larger scale. The dining table pairs with wood-finished chairs, each featuring beige upholstery that adds a touch of softness and comfort. Above the dining table, a horizontal chandelier with a warm light effect hangs gracefully. Thus, providing ambient lighting that enhances the dining experience. The chandelier’s design complements the geometric theme while adding a layer of sophistication to the space.

The entire living and dining area is unified by a plain white false ceiling, which contributes to the room’s clean, modern lines. The ceiling fits cool light fixtures, providing ample illumination while maintaining a serene and contemporary atmosphere. The thoughtful use of geometric shapes and clean lines enhances the living and dining areas. Moreover, it brings a sense of order and modernity to the space.

Kitchen

Despite its small size, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet all the necessary needs. The L-shaped layout ensures that everything is within easy reach, making the kitchen highly functional and efficient for daily use. The thoughtful placement of storage cabinets, both overhead and below the counter, ensures that all kitchen essentials are easily accessible. Meanwhile, keeping the space organized and tidy.

The kitchen’s design balances functionality with modern aesthetics. It uses a combination of grey and wood finishes to create a cohesive and stylish look. The inclusion of fluted glass and open niches adds visual interest, while the black aluminium profiles lend a contemporary edge. This well-designed space provides everything needed for efficient cooking and storage, all within a compact footprint. Thus, making it both practical and visually pleasing.

Parent’s Bedroom

The parent’s bedroom is a perfect retreat that combines elegance with everyday practicality. The bed strategically places itself slightly towards the window, allowing natural light to enhance the space while still providing a cozy and private sleeping area. The bed back is a key feature in this room, designed in a soft grey tone that continues seamlessly onto the adjacent wall, creating a cohesive and expansive look. Embedded within the bed back are dark grey cushions, and above the bed back, a ledge in the same colour as the cushions runs horizontally, offering a space for displaying decorative items. The bed back is further elevated by using a brown laminate finish at the end. Thus, adding warmth and a rich contrast to the cool grey tones.

Positioned in front of the bed, the wardrobe mirrors the design of the bed back, featuring grey solid shutters and brown-finished drawers. The bronze-finish profile handles add a touch of sophistication and contrast, enhancing the wardrobe’s modern appeal. This wardrobe ensures ample storage, keeping the room clutter-free and organized.

Adjacent to the wardrobe, the design incorporates a sleek work desk, providing a functional workspace within the bedroom. The desk includes a drawer for handy storage, ensuring that essential items are always within reach. The design features overhead storage units above the desk, with three vertical compartments, each having solid shutters, and a horizontal niche below.

This niche divides vertically to match the shutters, creating a balanced and cohesive design. The ceiling stays plain and white, with warm light fixtures integrated into the design. Additionally, a linear hanging light positions in the corner of the room, further increasing the warmth and adding a stylish, contemporary touch to the space.

Contemporary Bedroom

This contemporary-themed bedroom thoughtfully designs a harmonious and stylish living space. The bed, the central feature of the room, positions prominently with two side tables on either side, both finished in a sleek combination of burnt orange and grey laminate, matching the bed’s design. The wall behind the bed is a focal point, featuring a niche that holds a large mirror, perfectly aligned with the bed’s back cushion. The striking burnt orange colour of the bed’s back cushion divides vertically, adding texture and depth to the room’s design.

Adjacent to the side tables, a custom-designed wardrobe meets the client’s specific needs. This wardrobe has two solid shutters finished in grey textured laminate and features a horizontal niche that serves as an elegant opening mechanism. The wardrobe extends into a dressing area with additional decorative storage, finished in a combination of brown and burnt orange laminate, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

To complement the contemporary theme, the bedding is adorned with pillow covers and bed sheets in varying shades of grey and beige. The white false ceiling curves gently at the edges, with warm lighting providing a cozy ambiance. Hanging light over one of the side tables adds a touch of sophistication, while the large mirror behind the bed reflects the entire room, creating an illusion of a more spacious environment.

Workspace

The workspace features a sleek, wall-mounted desk in a neutral grey tone, providing a functional surface without occupying much floor space. The minimalist design of the desk, with its clean lines and simple supports, complements the overall modern theme of the room. Above the desk, a set of open shelves and closed cabinetry offer both storage and display options. The open shelves are illuminated with subtle lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The combination of muted colors, clean lines, and functional elements creates a workspace that is both efficient and aesthetically pleasing, making it an ideal spot for work.

Overall, the modern style apartment interior design successfully merges the client’s requirements with contemporary design elements, resulting in a harmonious and elegant living space that reflects modern sensibilities.
