The apartment’s entrance introduces the 4bhk house design language with subtle warmth and personal storytelling. A custom-designed shoe cabinet in oak veneer grounds the space, complemented by a round mirror artwork that enhances natural light and visual depth.
A stainless-steel nameplate and a bespoke “Vaikunth” name artwork complete the scene, fusing identity with design in a minimal yet meaningful way.
The living room is a convergence of tactile textures and sculptural softness. The focal point is a TV unit clad by Flexstone, offering a rich, earthy backdrop that adds depth to the otherwise soft-toned space. A dramatic book-matched tile cladding on the main wall introduces symmetrical pattern and visual movement, acting almost like a large-scale art piece.
A grey fabric minimal sofa sits low and quiet, while a suspended indoor swing nods to cultural heritage, adding levity and charm. The designers wrapped the room in full-height curtains with sheers, which filter daylight gently across the interiors. Overhead, a designer chandelier floats elegantly, casting ambient light and elevating the room’s luxurious feel.
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a statement onyx marble dining table that seats six, serving as both functional furniture and sculptural centrepiece. A stretch ceiling above softly reflects light and defines the zone without the need for heavy partitions.
They enhanced the dining nook with a curved informal sofa, a geometric frosted round mirror, and a console table, creating a sense of balance and openness perfect for entertaining or relaxed dining.
The kitchen continues the home’s tonal harmony with grey acrylic-finished cabinetry, offering a sleek, modern look with durability and ease of maintenance. A black Simpolo stone breakfast table provides a crisp material contrast and supports both casual meals and multitasking during daily routines. The space is streamlined yet inviting, designed with performance and aesthetics in equal measure.
The guest room brings an earthy, tactile charm to the apartment. A brick-clad accent wall adds warmth and texture, giving the space a grounded feel.
A round dressing mirror introduces a soft, sculptural contrast and practical functionality. The overall mood is welcoming, making guests feel both comfortable and connected to the home’s aesthetic story.
The master bedroom is a sanctuary of calm, featuring a grey-toned palette that evokes softness and restraint. A profile shutter wardrobe ensures seamless storage while maintaining clean lines.
Above the bed, a striking horse artwork introduces dynamism and focal interest. This room is defined by its refined simplicity and balanced proportion.
The second master bedroom carries a sense of contemporary luxury. Its standout feature is a book-matched stone cladding behind the bed, offering bold pattern and natural elegance.
A study table with a custom metal overhead shelf blends utility with visual lightness, creating a workspace that’s both practical and polished. Materials and lighting are carefully chosen to reinforce a sense of quiet sophistication.
This 4bhk house design reflects a deep understanding of space, context, and materiality. Every room is designed with a clear intention to offer comfort, elegance, and a sense of identity. The interplay between minimal forms, rich textures, and subtle details results in a cohesive contemporary home that is both grounded in tradition and attuned to modern life.
