The project includes a 4BHK apartment for a 4-brother family. This opportunity comes with its own challenges, like 4 apartments should have a similar flat interior design essence, as well as 4 of them should not look similar to each other.
Following the clients love towards religion, we have designed and carved out a separate puja area in a 4 BHK residential flat. Mandir Is Focal Point Of Entire Residence. It was challenging to carve out sufficient space where family members can do religious activity without disturbing other spaces. Each space is thoughtfully designed, as well as selecting a simple yet elegant color palette for the entire flat.
Hence, both flats on one floor are of 2 brothers. We have also designed a porch area separate from the entire building campus, which enhances the initial look as well as drops an impressive first impression.

In all 4 flats, there is a feature wall design in front of the entry door, which gives a good sense of entrance. The immense living area is connected to a huge deck area opening up to the campus, which is what gives true value to the openness of the house.
For the living room area, to give a hint of vintage elements to the modern space, leather with carved furniture has been used. However, every 4 apartments has a highlighting wall behind the sofa that resembles every owner’s different personality.
In addition to the dining area’s grandeur, there are custom hanging ceiling lights. Thus, enhancing and illuminating the space with a soft, golden glow. Apart from the attached bathroom, there is also the provision of a powder toilet. This is hidden behind a panel door to avoid distraction on the wall.
Keeping in mind the religious concern of the client, all puja area are designed and give true value to their emotion towards praying with the carved stone with the God figure.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, all of them having attached bathrooms and wardrobe space. Each bedroom is a unique reflection of its inhabitants. Additionally, it showcases that good design can be beautifully adapted to the needs of its users of different personalities overall bedroom furniture layout is strategically placed makes it aesthetically pleasing yet functional.
A well-thought-out design, maximizing functionality and creativity in these 4 bedrooms, are sanctuaries of relaxation, with soft, neutral tones, luxurious linens, and custom-built wardrobes. Thus, it offers ample storage without compromising style.
For the son and daughter’s bedrooms, we selected a vibrant and warm color palette to reflect their lively personalities. Meanwhile, we chose simple and subtle tones for the living area to create a balanced and calming atmosphere in the public space.
With this project we practiced in redefining modern luxury with a seamless fusion of design, traditional elements, as well as functionally useful space. Moreover, every bedroom has its unique feature and element to enhance its visual presentation.
Every bed back is thoughtfully designed to give the bedroom uniqueness. Thus, keeping in mind the use of the bedroom. In children’s bedrooms, the introduction of vibrant color palette offers a youthful space that aligns with the overall apartment interior.
One of the most captivating aspects of residence is its outdoor deck aligned with a grand living area. The deck offers an intimate retreat from daily hustle with inviting relaxation and quiet reflection.
