Designed to harmonise with its urban surroundings while offering serene living spaces, this project embodies a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal. Emphasises simplicity and clean lines. The exterior design of the villa is a stunning combination of modernity and elegance. The villa features clean lines, sharp edges, and a minimalist aesthetic accentuated by the subtle interplay of light and shadow.

    Facade

    When visitors enter, the bungalow greets them with a grand yet understated entrance. The foyer, characterised by wooden louvres and subtle textures, sets the tone for the entire residence. A pivoting door beautifully crafted introduces guests to the expansive living area, illuminated by abundant natural light filtering through strategically placed windows in the entire bungalow.

    The living space exudes a sense of openness and tranquillity, enhanced by neutral hues and minimalist furnishings.

    A focal point “Mandir” space was crafted to highlight the featured wall, showcasing our lords and deities in an aesthetic way with an amazing view of the garden.The seamless transition from the living area to the dining space promotes fluidity in movement and interaction.

    Contemporary Elegance

    Adjacent to the living area, the dining room epitomises contemporary elegance. A bespoke dining table crafted in wooden finishes and in contemporary style serves as the centrepiece, complemented by the swimming pool adjacent to the dining table, which gives a lovely view from the dining table with modern aesthetics.

    Large sliding glass doors open onto a landscaped pool area, extending dining experiences into the outdoors during pleasant weather.

    The kitchen, designed with a visionary approach, features an open layout that fosters social engagement and culinary creativity. Also, the premium appliances seamlessly integrate into custom cabinetry. Thus showcasing a blend of functionality and style.

    The use of minimalist finishes and innovative storage solutions ensures a clutter-free environment, enhancing both efficiency and visual appeal.

    With plenty of storage space along the kitchen and wash area with a scenic view, the idea of an open kitchen goes beautifully with the swimming pool area and dining table area. 

    The bungalow offers private sanctuaries in the form of well-lit bedrooms. Each bedroom boasts panoramic views of the surrounding greenery. Thus promoting a sense of serenity and connection to nature.

    Cohesive Design

    Customized wardrobes in every room provide ample storage while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the residence.

    Keeping a contemporary and minimal style with storage options gives enough space for circulation as well as easy usage for the family.

    Moving further, the bespoke kids’ room reflects a whimsical yet functional approach to interior design. Customized wardrobes adorned with playful motifs cater to individual preferences. Thus fostering a sense of personalization and comfort for younger occupants.

    Moreover, adjacent to the gym, a sophisticated home theatre offers a cinematic experience, complete with acoustically optimized surroundings and plush seating arrangements.
