  • This 3bhk House Design is the Culmination of a Dream for a Chic Sanctuary | H Interior Designs

Nestled in the heart of a bustling city, belonging to an old run-down residential, this 3bhk house stands as a testament to modern minimalist elegance and thoughtful design. Home to two professional IT engineers and their young daughter, this apartment is the culmination of their dream to create a chic yet homely sanctuary. Their brief was clear: to create a space which is functional and gives a sense of calm & relaxation; thus, it feels like a warm, welcoming home. The narrative of this beautiful 3bhk house design begins with the philosophy that less is more. Natural materials, wooden textures and earthy tones play a pivotal role harmonizing the overall look and feel to its functionality. The fresh take on airy spaces and quaint atmospheres brings new life to the home.

Editor’s Note: “Yet another modern minimalist example, but true to the occupant’s comfort. Located in a metropolitan city and designed for IT background users, the interiors feature natural materials and earthy tones. Emphasizing ‘less is more’, each space is curated to offer stylish and cozy environments. From a common living room to a personalized room, this house radiates classic beauty and demonstrates a good balance of design and function.” ~Baarat Krishna
