This 1800 sq. ft. House Offers Not Just A Home But An Experience | Rathod Associates Pvt. Ltd.

    Design Brief

Envisioned by a family of three, the brief for this 1800 sq. ft. house was simple. A modern home that would elevate their lifestyle. Designer Sumit Rathod took the brief and transformed this space into a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality.

Upon entering, the circulation of the apartment guides you seamlessly through the common areas. The hall, decked in soothing tones of beige and brown, exudes warmth. A sleek and minimalistic TV unit complements the space, while a striking painting on the wall behind the sofa, illuminated by wall-mounted lights, adds a touch of elegance to the overall space.

    Simplicity and Grace

Adjacent to the hall is the dining area which beckons with its simplicity and grace, dominated by a metallic chandelier that steals the show. Further, the kitchen, with its seamless blend of functionality and style, displays clean lines and sophistication.

All the bedrooms are connected to the common areas by a small passage, where each tells a unique story while maintaining a cohesive design language. The first room fascinates with its full-length bed back and sleek panelling in black, highlighted by delicate wall-mounted lights.

The second room embraces simplicity, with a subtle bed back ornamented with intricate wallpaper. Meanwhile, the third room stands out with its grooved wall panelling, adding depth and character to the space.

    Holistic Experience

Each room opens into a balcony space, offering a mesmerizing view from the house. These outdoor recreational areas offer moments of tranquillity amidst the bustling cityscape, completing the holistic experience of the home.

In crafting this masterpiece, the designer has transcended the ordinary, turning a blank canvas into a dream home that surpasses all expectations. With its fearless fusion of modernity and elegance, this place in Nashik is not just a residence but a sanctuary for the soul. As the designer perfectly captures the essence of the client’s vision, one cannot help but marvel at the beauty that unfolds within these walls. It is a testament to the transformative power of design, wherein every detail serves to beautify the dwelling, creating a haven that embodies both comfort and style.
