Step into the open spatial layout of the head office of 7D Design Studio and you’ll sense it instantly this is not just an office. “Designers craft a living, breathing narrative—not just to build it, but to make it felt. They shape every wall, texture, and proportion like storytellers layering intention, philosophy, and the subtle rhythm of space into every detail.”
The Spatial Layout Of This Studio Narrates A Living And Breathing Story | 7D Design Studio
The story begins at the entrance. The first thing you meet is the studio’s logo: an equilateral triangle, calm yet commanding. The triangle, one of the oldest symbols of balance and strength, is not merely a graphic identity. Here, it is a guiding principle representing earth, grounding energy, and perfect symmetry. Behind it, a textured wall quietly holds space. Its depth and warmth create a powerful, understated prologue to what lies within, a reminder that design doesn’t always need to shout. Sometimes, it simply breathes.
As the door opens, you’re welcomed into a reception area that is clean, calm, and beautifully restrained. The backdrop wall ripples with subtle wave textures a visual ode to rhythm, flow, and creative energy in motion.
In the niche, a serene idol of Ganpati Bappa offers quiet blessings to every idea that takes shape here. A hidden doorway within the panelling leads to the washrooms elegantly concealed to preserve the visual clarity of the space.
Throughout the studio, the walls are finished in a Santorini white texture timeless, warm, and soft. It’s a canvas that lets other design elements breathe.
The flooring tells its own story. Kota stone in aged finish, with gently vibrating edges, grounds the space with earthy honesty.
Sourced from World of Stones, its subtle tones create a foundation that is both humble and enduring.
Walk a little further and the energy shifts. This is the creative zone where ideas find form, and visions turn tangible.
The spatial layout is inspired by the triangle itself, subtly embedded into the floor plan. Workstations intersect in a criss-cross pattern, encouraging movement, dialogue, and collaboration.
The spatial layout wasn’t without its challenges, but the geometry offered clarity. It helped create an open, comfortable environment that supports both focus and fluid exchange.
Adjacent to the creative zone is the breakout area. A quiet corner designed for casual conversations, spontaneous ideation, or a silent pause with a cup of chai.
It’s here that some of the best ideas are born not in boardrooms, but in shared silences.
Compact, minimal, and focused the meeting room embodies intentional design. It’s not about scale; it’s about clarity.
This room isn’t designed to impress it’s designed to enable deep, meaningful conversations.
The tour now leads into the heart of the studio the Founders’ Cabin, a space shared by Mukesh and Divyaa. A long linear desk anchors the room, allowing shared planning, designing, and dreaming.
There’s a lounge corner too not as a formal conference space but as a soft, human setting for conversation. Once again, the walls wear Santorini white warm and grounding.
Here, details do more than decorate they whisper the studio’s philosophy. A carpet from Bhadohi near Mirzapur, woven in seven shades of blue, flows like a calm wave underfoot.
Each thread carries centuries of craftsmanship, now woven into the fabric of this modern space. Motorised curtains glide with ease, creating privacy without breaking the visual rhythm. Tunable lighting from Changi allows the room to shift in mood as the day flows from sunlight to focus to reflection. And in one quiet corner, a small Mandir keeps the space spiritually anchored.
This isn’t just an office. It is a manifestation of values clarity, balance, and emotion in built form. Every decision here from textures to layout, from geometry to light has been guided by a single principle: intentional design.
It’s about harmony between function and feeling, form and flow. This is 7D Design Studio. A place where design is not merely practised, it is lived. Where every space tells a story, and this one is ours.
“Where creativity, intention, and harmony come together that’s where 7D Design Studio begins.”
