Conceived and brought to life by KKD Studio, this project epitomises opulence fused with state-of-the-art technology, tailored to meet the sophisticated demands of a modern, tech-forward family. The residence is a maximalist design haven, where every corner exudes a sense of grandeur and elegance, thoughtfully designed for both aesthetic appeal and liveability.

The Maximalist Design of this Home is Tailored to Meet Sophisticated Demands | KKD Studio
At the core of this project is the client’s passion for innovation, which Krish Kothari, CEO & Creative Director of KKD Studio, skillfully translates into the design. The home is a sensory experience, with rich textures and high-end materials such as suede ceilings, book-matched marble, and leather accents playing a pivotal role in crafting the home’s distinct luxurious atmosphere. These elements come together to create spaces that are not only visually stunning but also warm and inviting.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted by an abundance of natural light, which flows seamlessly throughout the residence, enhancing the elegant design.
Moving further, the living room is a standout feature, boasting a custom-made sunburst-patterned door that serves as a focal point of artistry.
Adding to the room’s grandeur are custom chandeliers that illuminate the space with a soft, golden glow. Meanwhile, the 98-inch television provides a statement of modern technology, perfect for entertainment and relaxation.
Moving through the home, the master bedroom is designed as a sanctuary of luxury. Thus, featuring striking Patagonia stone paired with soft suede elements, creating a sophisticated and serene atmosphere.
This private retreat is an elegant balance of comfort and style, with meticulous attention paid to every detail.
In contrast, the daughter’s bedroom introduces a playful charm. Thus, offering a youthful yet refined space that aligns with the overall grandeur of the home.
One of the most captivating aspects of the residence is its outdoor deck. This is where a serene waterfall offers a tranquil escape from the city’s bustle. The deck offers an intimate retreat, inviting relaxation and quiet reflection. Complementing the luxurious ambience of the residence is the seamless integration of cutting-edge home automation systems. With Lutron and Crestron systems installed, the family enjoys effortless control over lighting, temperature, and entertainment. Moreover, ensuring that technology enhances the living experience without compromising on the aesthetic.
