The open plan of this area ensures that all spaces are visually and physically connected. Additionally, the walls lined with rich wood add warmth and a sense of enclosure. Meanwhile, the light and breezy furnishings keep the space feeling airy.
The topmost floor includes a kitchen, dining area and living area, serving as the villa’s central gathering area. The client’s sole requirement for this floor was that it should adapt to the varying moods throughout the day.
The space accommodates a range of activities, from enjoying a hearty breakfast to hosting lively parties or cozying up during chilly winter nights.
The lounge area features a combination of neutral toned seating and low height wooden ceiling making the space feel both cozy and luxurious.
The chandelier and pendant lights give a statement to the room, blending modern and classical elements. Carefully selected art and decorative pieces, reflect client’s impeccable taste for luxury.
The master bedroom design showcases a harmonious blend of British elements in warm traditional aesthetics.
The room is characterized by its earthy tones, natural wood accents and sophisticated furnishing, that add a sense of warmth and depth.
The statement feature wall behind the bed, adorned with delicate flowers serve as a focal point, complementing the room’s overall texture and softness.
Another room features English country style with pastel shades of beige and blue, creating a fresh and serene environment.
Adorned by a reading chair in one corner and a dresser in the other; in this space function meets comfort and every corner is a work of art.
The guestroom showcases a modern and minimalistic approach. Cane and wood are extensively used, bringing natural textures and materials from outside into the home. The wardrobes are custom designed to accommodate the needs of a vacation home.
The essence of the villa lies in the topmost floor where the ideology of the client, “Family bonding is a cornerstone of healthy and harmonious family life.” comes to life.
This villa captures the essence of British colonial charm while meeting the modern needs of the client. From the rich use of materials and perfect blend of colours to the thoughtful design of each room, the home provides a balance of functionality, tranquillity and aesthetic appeal, making it an ideal vacation escape. Each space is designed to seamlessly blend the indoor and outdoor, offering the perfect sanctuary away from the bustle of city life.
