  • The Essence Of This Tranquil House Lies In Its Refined Design Elements | Poetic Spaces

In the design concept, we sought to create a harmonious fusion of traditional and contemporary styles, seamlessly blending timeless materials with modern aesthetics. This unique blend of design elements was brought to life through the thoughtful use of brass and bronze bases, high-end fabrics, and marble highlights, each chosen for their ability to elevate the space with a refined, luxurious touch. Marble, in particular, was incorporated as a central element in the design of this tranquil house, as it is a magnificent and timeless material that adds an air of sophistication and elegance to any room. Its natural beauty and enduring appeal made it the perfect choice to infuse the home with an elevated sense of luxury and class.

    Entrance & Living Room

Handmade techniques crafted the highlighter marble wall with extraordinary precision, making it a key feature of the design. This wall became an artistic focal point, drawing attention with its intricate veining and smooth, polished finish.

The craftsmanship behind it speaks to the attention to detail and the desire to create a space that feels both high-end and timeless. The carefully curated furniture and decor surrounding the marble further emphasise its elegant presence.

The decorative mirror, with its eye-catching brass frame, is another standout element in the space. The mirror’s frame perfectly complements the metallic nature of the console, while the rich green tones of the seating area create a beautiful contrast, leading the way toward the convivial area where family and guests gather. This combination of materials—brass, green, and marble—sets the stage for a design that feels both cohesive and inviting, with each element enhancing the other to create a balanced and refined look.

    Dining Area

The dining table, positioned as the centerpiece of the space, further emphasizes this fusion of luxury and modernity. Its sleek design is elevated by the polished brass details that add a touch of glamour without overwhelming the overall aesthetic.

Surrounding the dining table, the dining chairs strike a perfect balance between comfort and luxury, enveloped in high-end fabrics that create an inviting and elegant atmosphere.

These chairs, with their carefully considered design, ensure that the dining area not only serves as a functional space but also as a statement of style and sophistication.

    Den Room

Moving into the Den Room, the design continues with a focus on strong, structural elements. The room features a striking center table with a marble top, supported by a sturdy brass and wood base. The combination of gold against the grey tones of the table creates a dynamic yet refined contrast, while the subtle touches of green in the decor add a sense of calm and balance.

The room feels both classic and contemporary, a perfect retreat where elegance meets comfort. The use of brass, wood, and marble in the Den Room brings a sense of warmth and luxury, while also maintaining a neat, well-organized aesthetic that makes the space feel both sophisticated and inviting.

The first step in the design process was to thoroughly gather the requirements from the client, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, preferences, and budget. A detailed information sheet identified both the functional and aesthetic aspects of the project, achieving this outcome.

By discussing the client’s vision for their space, we could establish clear expectations and outline the desired outcomes. Equally important was considering the site constraints, which involved assessing the size of the flat, its layout, and the orientation of the building within its surroundings.

Understanding the physical and environmental limitations of the site was crucial in determining the feasibility of various design elements and making informed decisions that would maximize the space’s potential.

    Bedrooms

After gathering the requirements, the next phase of the project involved preparing the technical drawings. These detailed drawings played an essential role in the design process by providing a visual representation of the space’s construction.

The technical drawings outlined the design for each room, including key details such as the exact dimensions of walls, windows, and doors, as well as the sectional details for each space. This phase also involved carefully planning the elevation and positioning of windows and doors. The placement optimized natural light and airflow to create a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Contractors used the technical drawings as a blueprint for the entire project, executing the design accurately and efficiently.

The design development phase concluded with the establishment of a clear timeline to keep the project on track. This timeline outlined key milestones and deadlines for each phase of construction, from the initial demolition and foundation work to the final touches.

Consistent supervision and monitoring ensured that the work met the highest standards throughout the process.

The project manager oversaw each phase, ensuring that any issues or concerns were addressed promptly and that the design vision was being followed precisely. This careful oversight was crucial in maintaining the quality of the project and ensuring that it adhered to the agreed-upon timeline and budget.

    Material Palette

A significant aspect of the design process involved the selection of furniture, fixtures, and appliances, all of which played a key role in shaping the final look and feel of the space. Every item was chosen with care to align with the client’s preferences and the overall design aesthetic.

The selection process took into account not only the style and functionality of each piece but also its quality and durability. Only the finest materials were sourced to ensure each item contributes to the overall luxury of the space while meeting practical needs.

Additionally, the total material selection—ranging from flooring to wall finishes and lighting fixtures—played a vital role in the beautification of the space, with each material carefully chosen to enhance the overall design, providing a balance of elegance, comfort, and durability.Ultimately, the success of the project was a result of meticulous planning, coordination, and attention to detail.

Every phase of the process, from gathering requirements to selecting final materials, followed a deliberate approach to bring the client’s vision to life.

The result was a space that was not only visually stunning but also highly functional and comfortable. Moreover, it was thoughtfully tailored to suit the client’s unique needs and lifestyle.

“The seamless integration of design and quality materials transformed the flat into a space that perfectly balanced beauty and functionality. As a result, it created an environment the client could truly call home.

    Traditional Elegance with Modern Flair

Overall, the design concept blends traditional elegance with modern flair, using timeless materials like marble, brass, and wood to create a space that is luxurious yet functional. The careful integration of these elements throughout the home ensures that each room feels cohesive, sophisticated, and welcoming, achieving a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. This thoughtful design approach of tranquil house crafts every detail to perfection. Thus, elevating the home to a new level of timeless elegance.
