Due to their love of hosting friends, our client envisioned “The Blue Lounge”, an entertainment lounge for a spacious apartment space planned in 1300 sq.ft. The design brief specified the need for understated elegance with bold statements, to reflect their personality, resulting in the creation of The Blue Lounge.

The entrance to this lounge is through an upscale lobby reminiscent of a modern club. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a geometric yet minimalistic design
An open pantry with a minimalist design and neutral colour palette adds to the spaciousness of the room.
Large windows not only provide ample natural light to flood the indoor spaces, but also establish a seamless visual connection with the outdoors, blurring the boundaries between the two realms and bringing a sense of openness and expansiveness to the interiors.
In an effort to meet the clients’ desires for an aesthetic that reflects an “adult playground,” this weekend getaway spot incorporates playful and lively elements that transport one to a carefree indulgence and fun-filled experience.
The indoors feature a custom-made pool table that doubles as a card table. The warm wooden flooring and cozy niche seating invite you to relax and stay awhile, while the black and white frames on the walls add a touch of sophistication.
The main concept for this project was to create an entertainment hub that would cater to the client’s desire for a space that would allow for socialization and fun. We focused on developing a style that would be both playful and sophisticated incorporating blue hues in almost every aspect of the design.
The home theatre has been designed to provide the ultimate binge-watching experience with customised recliners that offer unparalleled comfort.
The Blue Lounge, a private lounging experience, is complete with a home theatre, snooker room, and a comfortable outdoor space. Although we agreed on a minimalistic design style, we incorporated bold statements to create impactful design elements that would leave a lasting impression.
The modest design style of the space is given a bold twist with the striking bar design, creating a visually intriguing contrast.
The inspiration behind the Blue Lounge is drawn from the prominent use of blue hues, which have been incorporated into every aspect of the design, whether it’s the striking use of bold blue in the bar area or the soothing upholstery colour in every space. This pervasive presence of blue adds a cohesive and calming element to the overall aesthetic.
One can escape to a serene oasis with a stunning outdoor space, complete with a luxurious daybed from Abaca. Perfectly designed for enjoying breezy evenings, the cozy and intimate atmosphere is an invitation to forget everyday stresses.
