The client’s design brief talked about his great interest to create an interior that would break stillness and regularity in the modern contemporary designs. The apartment is located in a bustling urban setting, and hence the design should create a serene and sophisticated living space that is both visually striking and functional. There was absolute freedom to use curvilinear forms to add visual interest and create a sense of fluidity throughout the space. The client also emphasizes the importance of incorporating high-quality materials and finishes to elevate the overall aesthetic.
Sophisticated Living Spaces Entail this Apartment Design | Studio A+D
The design concept embraces the client’s specific objectives by intertwining nature-inspired elements with contemporary aesthetics, resulting in a harmonious blend of artistry and functionality. The intended result is a dynamic and visually captivating environment that pushes the boundaries of conventional design while maintaining functionality and practicality.
Drawing inspirations from nature, creating organic shapes, interpreting them in a contemporary way forms the basis of the design, which caters to the client’s specified need to make it innovative, sophisticated, with a sense of fluidity.
Parametrically designed sculptural features serve as focal points, adding a sense of intrigue and innovation. The Tv Cabinet is one such sculptural piece with wooden strips projecting out to form a platform for the cabinet organically.
The integration of box shelves segregated in an irregular manner adds to the pop-outs required in a three-dimensional volume. Contrasting textures and finishes are incorporated to create depth and visual interest, balancing the parametric elements with clean lines and simplicity.
Custom-designed parametric ceiling installations are incorporated to add an additional layer of artistic expression and uniqueness. The resulting form is an undulated installation of a wooden ceiling translated into a catchy parametric form inspired from the sand dunes as a dynamic symbol of comfort, time and money.
The linear profile lights installed with them create a beautiful cozy ambience during dark. Smart home technology has been incorporated to provide convenience and control over lighting, temperature, and multimedia systems.
This sculptural installation in the ceiling serves as an artistic centerpiece, elevating the overall aesthetic and creating a unique and memorable experience for residents and visitors alike.
The bedroom designs have been designed and curated to individual user’s tastes and requirements. Storage solutions are discreetly incorporated, allowing for a clean and uncluttered appearance.
The careful juxtaposition of vibrant colors, textures and finishes creates depth and visual interest, exuding modernity and refinement.
By combining modern, contemporary, and parametric design elements, the apartment interior offers a unique artistic living experience.
The “Seasonal Harmony” concept for an interior project draws inspiration from the changing seasons, creating a dynamic and versatile space. This concept embraces the unique characteristics and colors of each season, bringing a sense of nature and the outdoors into the interior environment.
