Sea Residence Brings Coastal Living To Life Through Crafted Interiors | K Square Architects
The reception at One Sea Residences reflects modern elegance with its textured paint-finished desk, warm wooden accents, and textured backdrop. Natural light and clean lines create a welcoming space that sets the tone for refined living.
The lobby embodies understated luxury, defined by soft neutral tones, sculptural seating, and warm wooden accents. A cluster of statement chandeliers adds a touch of drama, while indirect lighting enhances the ambience. With its seamless blend of comfort and elegance, the space creates a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests alike.
In the living lounge, minimal wallpapers form a soft backdrop, allowing light and space to take the lead. A striking mirror art installation becomes the focal point, adding depth and visual intrigue while reflecting the openness of the room. Sleek furniture in muted tones, layered with throws, and curated decor, enhances comfort without clutter, creating a contemporary yet welcoming environment.
The bedrooms take on a more expressive character with statement Sabyasachi wallpapers, creating a bold yet luxurious backdrop. This richness is balanced with soft furnishing layers. Wooden accents and teak beading add tactile warmth, grounding the spaces with natural elegance and a crafted touch.
The living area opens with a minimal wallpaper backdrop that brings quiet texture to the space. A neutral sofa anchors the seating, layered with statement pillows and throws that add rhythm and color.
The dining and kitchen spaces of this 2BHK showflat are designed to embody elegance, warmth, and functionality. The dining area features a sleek round table paired with upholstered chairs, accentuated by a striking chandelier and layered drapes that add depth and sophistication. A statement centerpiece further elevates the intimate dining experience.
Seamlessly connected to this is a modern kitchen with clean cabinetry, warm textured backsplash tiles, and open shelving for a balanced mix of aesthetics and practicality. The layout ensures efficiency while maintaining a refined, contemporary charm, making it a perfect blend of style and everyday comfort.
The master bedroom features a tall upholstered headboard in soft suede, providing a plush tactile quality against a backdrop of vertical wooden fluting. The earthy-toned quilted bedding adds warmth, while accent cushions in various textured weaves create subtle layers of comfort. A sleek glass-front wardrobe with bronze-tinted shutters enhances the sense of openness while maintaining a luxurious feel. The second bedroom features a playful atmosphere with a cane-detailed headboard in polished wood, showcasing timeless craftsmanship. Delicate tree motif wallpaper adds depth without overwhelming the space. Muted beige linens set the base palette, while embroidered cushions introduce color and texture. The blend of natural rattan, soft textiles, and subtle finishes makes this room versatile, perfect as a guest bedroom or personal retreat.
The living space balances muted elegance with statement details. The furniture is upholstered in deep grey textured fabric, its soft tactile quality bringing warmth and comfort. The centre table in a brushed metallic base with a tinted glass top grounds the arrangement. A hammered metallic side table adds a touch of sheen, paired with a gradient glass vase for colour. The artwork above the sofa introduces a vivid splash of greens and blues, becoming the room’s focal point. Walls remain understated, only elevated with subtle moulding lines and contemporary brass-finish sconces.
The dining area exudes refined sophistication with its velvet-soft upholstered chairs in a ribbed fabric, paired with a dark-stained dining table whose matte finish highlights its bold grain. A slender linen runner softens the surface, layered with ceramic dinnerware and brushed-gold cutlery that introduce an understated luxe. Just beyond, the statement console in a black ribbed finish anchors the wall. Its brushed-gold handles and legs create a striking contrast, while a beveled-edge mirror framed in antique gold reflects light back into the space. Crystal droplets from the chandelier above scatter glimmers across the setting, complemented by glass vases in tinted green and blush tones. Together, the arrangement balances elegant geometry with delicate sparkle, creating a dining corner that feels both welcoming and elevated.
This kitchen blends minimalism with warmth through sage fluted tiles, matte grey cabinetry, and a speckled quartz countertop. Open shelving keeps the space light and practical, while thoughtful details turn everyday storage into a design feature. A refined balance of function and style makes it ideal for modern living.
Here, earthy tones take the lead with a rust-hued velvet headboard and layered with ribbed cotton linens and a woolen throw. Clean-lined wall panelling and monochrome artwork lend a contemporary edge, while a muted grey armchair in corduroy fabric anchors the corner, adding comfort and tactility. A softer, more refined palette defines this room. The upholstered beige headboard flows seamlessly with sand-toned bedding, set against a stunning floral wallpaper in muted aqua. Brass pendant lights with ribbed glass shades frame the bed, casting a warm glow on the polished stone side tables. The mix of fabric, natural wood, and delicate detailing creates a tranquil retreat that feels both modern and timeless.
This bedroom balances boldness with comfort. The rich teal velvet headboard instantly draws the eye, contrasting beautifully with the soft beige quilted bedspread. A crisp cotton pillow with colorful tassels adds a playful detail, while the marble-topped side table introduces refinement. A sculptural wooden horse and brushed metallic artwork layer in warmth and texture, making the room both inviting and expressive.
