Some spaces don’t need to speak — they just feel right. This 4-bedroom villa is designed with clean lines, rustic design, warm textures and details that whisper identity. This isn’t just design — it’s a lifestyle, curated with care. Welcome to a home that’s bold, calm and unapologetically you, “The Villa with a Fig Tree”
At the heart of the home is a stunning double-height staircase, which brings in soft and filtered light from the dome above. This central spine not only connects the two levels but also floods the interiors with natural brightness throughout the day.
While the rustic design wood coffee table adds texture and evokes a sense of timeless elegance, we started with a neutral sofa, focusing on both comfort and a clean design. The custom wood shelving is a statement piece, but it’s also super practical for storage. We contrasted it with bold black shelving for a modern look. The seating is all about comfort, with plush chairs and a patterned bench. At the same time we’ve added geometric patterns to the upholstery to give it a bit of a playful edge.
Framed Pichwai artworks are strategically placed to introduce a rich cultural narrative, captivating a unique and engaging ambience.
Designing the Dining space was a joyful experience — a harmonious blend of solid wood textures in table and chandigarh chairs, complemented with black wooden crockery unit that bring a modern minimalist edge to rustic charm.
Natural woods, textured veneers and handpicked stones have been used extensively to bring warmth, depth and an organic elegance to every room. Master Bedroom is a warm embrace — rich teak wood, soft fabrics and earthy tones to create the cozy retreat.
Designed for both utility and aesthetics, the wardrobe-study combination in Master Bedroom features a seamless blend of wood and soft-toned wardrobe. A key highlight is the AC cover, designed with wooden slats that discreetly hide the unit while ensuring proper airflow.
The first kids room speaks of energy. Muted blues and natural wood on the study unit and poster bed bring a calm vibe, while pops of colour spark imagination. It’s a great room to play, rest and learn.
The second kids room brings a soft and cozy charm with its sloping wooden ceiling and warm wood accents. A clean white and wood-finished wardrobe blends seamlessly into the space, while a compact study corner makes room for creativity. The corner bed, highlighted with a pastel pink headboard wrapping around two walls, adds a playful touch, balanced by soft grey striped wallpaper that lends a calm, timeless feel to the room.
