Luxurious and Completely Cozy Space | KK DESIGN STUDIO LPP

An elegant 2100 sq. Ft. Residential space designed with simple materials perfectly represents our client’s personality in rajkot gujrat. This project is under a very well-known builder group of rajkot. We have designed a very simple yet classy space using nutralcolor materials and aesthetics.

The client brief to us was to have luxurious and completely cozy space. We achieved great aesthetics as well as we considered functionality to the fullest. In this family, there are kids, aged parents, and a young couple – we considered all of them for better access to their routine.  Also, this space has a beautiful open space where they can enjoy an outdoor dinner with family and friends with grass flooring also a small gym area with a wooden ceiling that is accessible from the dining area to keep an eye on their children. We have one more open space – which is a balcony with a beautiful vertical garden and outdoor sitting.

LIVING ROOM AND FOYER AREA:

The most amazing element of this space which is very close to our client’s heart also we loved this amazing customised element. The client’s only brief or requirement was that he wanted to use his signature somewhere and somehow so, we used his signature as a wall piece. In the background of the signature we used rose gold leafing texture paint.

Our other favourite element that is giving life to the space is the informal area. For the huge open living area we preferred  hide away a.c. – now ide away a.c. dropped the ceiling down by 15” which looks very dull and boring.

Instead, we made that space heart of the home by adding artificial grass to the ceiling. It broke monotony coz of the fresh greenery overhead and on top of that we put 2 highlighter chairs which created a luxurious yet cozy space there with a simple coffee table. The client casted their hands and made a nice beautiful sculpture to add one more customized art piece.

Our client wanted to do darshan of their god ‘ jalaram bapa’ at first glance they enter into the home so we created 3d wall art of it at the entrance of the living area right near those chairs below the grass ceiling.

Every outer finish is finished with deco paint on mdf. There is no laminate in single furniture in this particular room to get the exact shades of colors we wanted.

Cozy Space

Back side of the bed is our favourite. There are names of their kids over beautiful pastel wallpaper that goes perfectly with funky pink headboard fabric.

MASTER BEDROOM:

We have the most interesting stories about this area. The client wanted a jacuzzi bathtub anyhow in master bedroom. We combined 2 bathrooms and converted them into a huge bathroom space with jazccuzi bathtub, shower panels, and pedestal basin for that classy look and feel they wanted.

Cozy Space

Also, we used an albaster sheet in the ceiling which worked as icing on the cake. My personal favourite space in the bathroom is the entrance of it coz we used glass tiles in sleek form to archive that perfect entrance feel of the bathroom.

Cozy Space

Master bedroom has a one surprise for visitors. This bed can be extended when needed spacially for babies who are not old enough to sleep in their rooms at this age. On the other side of bed trolley is for storage same as the regular ones.

Cozy Space

PARENTS BEDROOM

For parents room we chose a very classic simple look. This is very simple to use and maintain. Box moulding ceiling perfectly goes with cane wardrobe shutters with mint reen full height headboard.
