This contemporary residence represents a harmonious blend of modern design aesthetics and functional architectural elements.
Located in an urban neighbourhood, the structure exemplifies clean lines, a balanced use of materials, and innovative lighting integration to enhance curb appeal and evening presence.
The facade showcases a sophisticated mix of textured concrete, vertical wooden slats, natural stone, and sleek metal framing.
A muted earthy palette featuring olive green, beige, and warm wooden tones contributes to a calm and upscale appearance.
Large vertical slit windows and box-out balconies with floor-to-ceiling glass provide ample natural light while adding visual rhythm.
Integrated warm LED strip lighting outlines architectural volumes and creates an inviting atmosphere after sunset.
Minimal landscaping and custom signage personalise the residence, with carefully placed planters and engraved metal work adding character.
The client desired a modern yet timeless facade that stood out in a dense urban context while maintaining privacy and elegance. The design priorities aesthetic appeal, spatial comfort, and thoughtful lighting to reflect the family’s refined lifestyle.
