    The double-height glass bridge is conceived as a sculptural and functional element that connects two upper-level spaces while simultaneously acting as a visual focal point within the home’s central void.

    Positioned above a double-height space, this bridge enhances spatial continuity, daylight penetration, and the overall architectural drama of the interior.

    The spacious living area is the heart of the home, where contemporary gothic elements harmonize with elegant finishes.     The dining space is characterized by its majestic verticality, emphasized by tall French windows and floor-to-ceiling drapes in a soft sage green, allowing natural light to flood the room and highlight the polished marble flooring. The design strikes a balance between timeless elegance and modern spatial openness, ideal for formal dining while remaining welcoming and full of character.

    Above the dining table hangs a statement chandelier, casting a soft, ambient glow over the space. The lighting fixture is both functional and artistic which is also act as a statement on walls with a modern design that complements the space aesthetic. The dimmable lights set the perfect mood for any occasion, whether it’s a casual meal or an elegant dinner party.

    KITCHEN

    The kitchen is a seamless blend of form and function, boasting high-end appliances and smooth, modern cabinetry. The countertops, made from pristine marble, offer both durability and sophistication.

    The Master Bedroom on the first floor exudes a calm, contemporary elegance with a thoughtful blend of soft pastels, warm textures, and natural light. A soothing mint-green palette is paired with gold accents and soft wood tones, creating a refined and tranquil atmosphere.

    “Moreover, the feature wall behind the bed, adorned with an artistic mural and vertical golden insets, serves as an artistic focal point that elevates the overall aesthetic.”

    The master bedroom on the ground floor is a serene sanctuary, where muted tones of brown, beige, and soft pastels create a calm, restful environment.

    A four poster bed with a chic, upholstered headboard is the focal point, complemented by minimalist bedside tables and a statement wall with textured wallpaper feature piece of art adds depth and character.

    Both side panel doors one opening to the courtyard and the other to the backyard invites ample of sunlight and connects oneself with the greens keeping the privacy intact.
