Every design decision was made to enhance functionality while preserving visual harmony. This project reflects modern living through comfort, natural light, refined detailing, and understated elegance. The dining and kitchen spaces are designed as a seamless extension of the home’s contemporary aesthetic. A sculptural dining table, premium upholstered chairs, textured walls, and fluted wood detailing create a refined yet inviting atmosphere.
Positioned within the dramatic double-height volume, the informal lounge is designed as a refined space for relaxation and entertaining.

The chandelier serves as more than a functional light source. It acts as a sculptural centrepiece, adding rhythm, elegance and movement to the space. It also enhances the home’s contemporary luxury aesthetic.
The master bedroom offers a calm and luxurious retreat. A warm neutral palette, layered textures and soft lighting create a soothing ambience.

The bedroom features a moody, upscale palette of bronze, taupe and charcoal. These tones offer a sophisticated alternative to the typical all-neutral scheme.
A soft, elegant bedroom in champagne, bronze, and marble tones. A curved, shimmery textured wall panel frames the bed, paired with a tufted bronze leather headboard and quilted bedding.

The design deck is envisioned as a sculptural pause within the home, where art, architecture, and natural light come together. The space sits on a floating platform, complemented by soft textured walls and full-height wooden blinds. These blinds filter natural light, creating a calm and intimate ambience.
Blending gallery-like aesthetics with everyday comfort, the deck serves as a serene retreat that celebrates craftsmanship, materiality, and contemporary luxury.
The balcony and double-height courtyard extend the interiors into tranquil outdoor spaces. Both areas connect the home with nature and create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
