Captivating Views Of The Landscaped Courtyard From All Corners | Greenline Architects
The ground floor is a verdant oasis, adorned with gardens meticulously landscaped to dissolve the boundaries between the interior and the exterior. A captivating water feature graces the entrance that connects the porch to the sit out.
Strategically positioned landscape extends their embrace into the indoor areas. In the indoor courtyard, bay window acts as a subtle yet inviting element, inviting residents to recline in the lap of nature.
Long slit windows and multiple skylights generously bath the interior in natural light, imbuing the space with a warmth reminiscent of a sun-kissed meadow.
Talking about the material palette, it’s basically shades of greys and browns and more of the textures, as the original texture of the material has its own language.
Step into the epitome of iconic living in this Modern Luxurious house, where each room is meticulously designed to create a harmonious blend of style and timeless beauty with breath-taking aesthetics. The whole house is planned in a way that it can get sufficient amount of sun light and wind circulation throughout the day.
The open dining area closest to the stair is well-ventilated and light-filled, with access to the outdoor swimming pool. The wide path that leads to the pool makes the dining space more spacious and provides a nice breeze to enjoy while having the food. The ‘last supper frame’ and the fabric finish in the ceiling is the highlight of this space. Teak wood makes up every single piece of furniture in the eight-seater dining room. The open-plan layout of the common areas abstains from a conventional partitioning with walls in favour of split levels.
The water feature at the entrance of the house set a tone of tranquillity for the well-designed open plan double volume spaces and also help the residence stay cool in the hot summer months. This natural cooling technique takes the load off of the artificial cooling system and surely would aid in cutting back on the power bill.
The entrance steps floating over a pond the double volume window behind it create a balance of elements. The roof over the entrance foyer is made up of steel structure supported by metal columns.
Upon stepping up into the first floor, one would cease to notice the passages looking out into the courtyards through its openings. The first floor looks out through its bay windows and openings covered with different screens to open the plethora of its magnificent views.
The rustic and vernacular, yet modern clean lines that set the character of the handrails are evident through the amalgamation of wood on metal over the steps and the screens on windows.
Embracing the art of outdoor living with this stunning deck and pool oasis, our little slice of paradise is the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. The deck, adorned with stylish furniture and cosy nooks, beckons for lazy afternoons and lively gatherings with friends and family. The exquisite scenery of the pool is accessed from dining and bedrooms.
From sunrise to sunset, this space is a haven of tranquillity and joy. This bedroom patio is a tranquil retreat featuring a stylish deck and a dreamy pool. The deck, bathed in natural light, invites you to unwind with a good book or bask in the warmth of the sun. Whether it’s a leisurely float or an invigorating swim, this is where relaxation meets recreation. The play of natural light dances upon the carefully curated space, creating a serene atmosphere that invites calm and introspection.
