Exterior

Welcome to a house that boasts a stunning exterior facade. This combines the timeless elegance of exposed brick and the modern allure of exposed Reinforced Concrete (RCC). As you approach, be prepared to be mesmerized by the exquisite beauty of the exposed RCC pattern, meticulously crafted in Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC) both on front and side facades. This intricate design creates a captivating visual texture, adding depth and character to the facade.

Moving along the sides of the house, you’ll discover a delightful surprise. The side facades showcase a unique blend of exposed RCC and circular punctures adorned with vibrant-colored glass. These circular punctures not only serve as rustic chic artistic elements but also allow natural light to filter through. This creates a play of shadows and illuminating the surrounding spaces with a kaleidoscope of colors.

Daylight graces the textured surfaces and the colored glass panels emit a mesmerizing radiance. Thus, the exterior facade of this house transforms into a captivating work of art that ignites the imagination. It is an invitation to step inside and experience the seamless blend of architectural brilliance and artistic expression.

The family seating and dining area boasts stunning linear yellow Kota stone flooring and exposed RCC ceiling. This choice of flooring not only adds a dash of vibrant color but also exudes a sense of timeless elegance. The warm hue of the stone creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for gathering and sharing meals with loved ones.

One of the standout features of this area is the common basin, a striking combination of Jaisalmer stone and brass fixtures. The use of Jaisalmer stone adds a touch of rustic elegance, while the brass fixtures bring a hint of vintage luxury and sophistication. This harmonious blend of materials creates a visually stunning focal point, elevating the overall aesthetic of the area.

Central Courtyard

The central courtyard emerges as the crowning jewel of the rustic chic house, stealing the limelight with its impeccable design. Geometrical patterns in the rustic chic exposed RCC continue along the staircase wall, adding a touch of contemporary flair and showcasing the seamless integration of design elements throughout the house.

As you move up through the passage, the interplay of textures, colors, and architectural elements captivates your senses. The exposed RCC ceiling, the yellow Kota flooring, the exposed brick wall with its circular niche, the sculpture art in blue, and the traditional wooden columns come together to create a symphony of design and aesthetics.

Master Bedroom

The home theatre room boasts a stunning combination of wooden deck flooring and Kota stone flooring. As you gaze beyond the covered terrace, a direct visual of the exterior circular punctured façade with colored glass captures your attention. This architectural feature brings a pop of vibrant colors and artistic flair to the space, creating a visual spectacle that blends harmoniously with the outdoor setting. The interplay of light and colors through the colored glass adds a dynamic and enchanting touch, further enhancing the overall aesthetics of the terrace.
