A young couple with a cute girl child decides to move towards the city in an apartment away from the current abode in a villa. We envisioned a spacious 4BHK house with a warm ambience. The house had quite a few challenges. First working on proportions correctly to have it all and still be spacious, and second make something better from the current stay (villa) which has a lot of space and corners to play on designs.

The challenge only grew bigger as the owners decided to leave everything on us. The ball was literally in our court and the challenge to create something unique and likeable was nothing less than an adrenaline rush.
We started conceptualizing the design on paper before putting it on 3D. Every corner of the house was detailed out, we wanted enough lights, a home with a feel of luxury. We decided to have the living room right at the entrance as the owners have guests to entertain and wanted an own space somewhere inside.
We decided to add a touch of gold on the divider with fluted glass making it less transparent and combing the living area with use of veneer and tinted mirrors. We added colors with sofa and puffies.
The center of the hall takes the design forward from the living area keeping the theme of wood and mirror used at the entrance and putting it on the ceiling above the dining area but adding more colors in the crockery unit and continuing with the gold on the divider in the pooja unit partition.
The drawing space is a place you find peace with a buddha placed on the wall with the veneer and tinted mirror background and a lounger right beside the french door opening up to a beautiful green view and a lake.
The master bedroom has a subtle wood feel with bright red headboard and use of mirror to make the room luxurious and spacious. The room has a chic chair to sit and sip your coffee.
The kids room is a move away from the regular rectangular box to an arch design complemented with the bed carrying the theme of colours and shape. The grey and pink is mixed with oak wooden textures.
The house has a place to chill with a bar unit against a brick wall surrounding. A place to wine and wind your day.
The USP of this Project is synchronizing and keeping each element of the house constant but keeping on adding a new element.
