Stepping into this residence is like entering a gallery of modern elegance and thoughtful design. The first impression is a long hallway that beckons you forward with a subtle allure. The ambient lighting, a harmonious blend of wall-mounted lights on either side and hanging lights from above, guides your journey with a warm and welcoming glow.
A Long Hallway That Beckons You Forward With A Subtle Allure | The Space Affair
Adorning the wall are white panels, their clean lines enhancing the hallway’s contemporary aesthetic. On top of the entry console, a framed wallpaper provides a tantalizing preview of the design narrative that unfolds throughout the house. The framed artwork, a curated masterpiece, hints at the colour palette, textures, and design elements that await discovery within the residence.
As you enter the living room white walls with trims set the tone. The standout features are the custom made white fluted bar cabinet and TV unit, adorned with subtle gold metal detailing. It’s a testament to the idea that less is truly more – a philosophy embodied by the minimalist aesthetic. But what truly sets this TV unit apart is the addition of a cozy electric fireplace.
Nestled within the sleek frame, the fireplace radiates warmth, both literally and figuratively. It transforms the space into a haven, inviting you to unwind in the soft glow and flickering flames.
Our minimalist TV unit design is a masterpiece that seamlessly blends simplicity with style. Gold accents delicately punctuate the design, elevating it to a new level of sophistication. The subtle gleam of gold introduces a sense of luxury, creating a harmonious balance with the crisp white tones.
The onyx bar counter and dining top add sophistication, while the peach fuzz sofa and floral high chairs introduce warmth. Grey dining upholstery perfectly complements the serene ambiance.
Moving to the balcony with whites seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, with custom stone niches and spotlights as standout features. Nature’s greens provide the perfect backdrop.
Inside the master bedroom the centrepiece is our luxurious ceiling-height light beige bed, surrounded by sleek brown chisels that add a touch of warmth and elegance. Flanked on either side, they create a symphony of style. The TV unit seamlessly blends with the overall aesthetic, featuring a combination of the same rich brown panels and an off-white stone laminate.
Storage meets style with a chic TV unit in soothing light brown shades, perfect for both function and fashion. To infuse a burst of colour and vibrancy, we’ve introduced a stunning green sofa that beckons relaxation.
As you enter the daughter’s room, a serene atmosphere envelops the space, offering a perfect blend of elegance and playfulness.
The bed back wall is a canvas of subtle beauty. A carefully chosen wallpaper, with tonnes of white and very light blue, wraps the space in a gentle embrace.
The exclusive white bed becomes the focal point, making a bold statement with its pristine simplicity.
In one corner, a high chair in a soft powder blue hue stands out, offering a cozy spot for relaxation or reading.
Whites, the intricate flutes, gold and blue combines together to make a statement.
Son’s room, elevating literary love to new heights. The highlight of the room is the floor-to-ceiling bookshelves that showcase a vast collection of books.
The shelves are strategically designed to not only house the literary treasures but also create a visually stunning backdrop. The evergreen veneer adds a touch of warmth to the bookshelves, making it a cozy haven for literary exploration.
In the parent’s bedroom the predominant colour palette features shades of grey laminate and crisp white chisels, creating an atmosphere of calm sophistication. In a thoughtful integration of spirituality into the room, a temple space is discreetly tucked away using pocket doors.
These doors slide open effortlessly, revealing a sacred corner that harmonizes with the overall room theme.
