4-Bedroom Apartment : A Home with Earthy and Fresh Tones | IS Atelier

4-Bedroom Apartment : A Home with Earthy and Fresh Tones | IS Atelier

The 4-bedroom apartment is a home to a close-knit family of six. To find the calm to the cheer in such a house, we opted for earthy and fresh tones. These not only define the ambience of the space but also capture the essence of tremendous functionality throughout the apartment. To further add to the Zen of the home, we have used a neutral color palette featuring fresh tones, more streamlined furniture, wall claddings and soft upholstery.

Visit : IS Atelier

The living area graces the people with a breath-taking view of the Kankaria Lake, expanding its reach by a wide balcony. This glorious view can also be enjoyed by the grandparent’s bedroom as well as the dining space. Continuing to the 3 master bedrooms the modern and functional aspect cascades intelligently into each one of them, while making sure that the individuality of all 3 is maintained.

The entrance wall cladded in veneer and brass reflects the pattern of brass inlay in Italian marble flooring.

The main door is finished in rich sagwan wood and brass accents, granting a touch of luxury to the ambience. This door is the entryway to the vestibule adorned with brass partition and natural greens. This space also features an attached console and overlooks the dining and kitchen area. Neutral hues of green paired with the dynamic gold of brass creates a soothing yet glimmering colour palette ; one which is enough to look minimal yet attract attention.

The vestibule is kept clean and is adorned with a huge pichwai art painting and an alluring brass planter. The addition of the pichwai painting adds the perfect pop of vibrance to the feel of the living room. Being on the higher floor, it receives ample daylight and breeze through its bay windows, making it all the more lively.

The common area comprises an earthy color palette, grey Italian marble floor, walnut veneer paneling, subtle beige and deep brown upholstery, a center table and a chandelier in brass adding the luxury. A two seater upholstered couch takes the center stage in the living and dining area.

Eliminating the door design and merging it with the veneer paneling makes a backdrop for the subtle beige and deep brown sofa which lets you in the grandparent’s bedroom.

The TV unit adds to the luxury feel with brass rods used for inlay and hanging mandir. The ethos behind this design was to keep it contemporary yet add that traditional touch. The brass rods not just look luxurious; they also have years of traditional value in their alley. Brass is said to bring out the inner good and truth, making it a perfect match for the piousness that the hanging mandir exudes. The backdrop is finished in corian& grey mirror.

The dining area has a vibrant yellow wall highlighting the dining table. A cluster of black hanging lamps is suspended from the wooden ceiling illuminating the area.

The grandparent’s bedroom is flooded with ample amount of light; with an earthy color palette including tints and shade of brown and beige. The furniture layout is planned with all ease of access to the elderly ones.

The master bedroom incorporates oak wood veneer with a subtle pink color palette featuring a soothing and luxurious feel. The designer reaps creates a random box pattern on the wardrobe, adding an artistic touch to the otherwise monotonous wardrobes. To adorn the backrest of the bed backlit brass cnc leaf motif art is installed whichalso exudes positivity in the entire room. Wooden side drawers on either side of the bed add to the neutral colour palette while also making the design functional.

Another master bedroom houses two young boys; this bedroom features a garden fresh color palette with a bottle green cushioned headrest, the substantial painting is the kingpin of the room.
