    The villa Design Principal concept is Modern Parisian style with Biophilic design features. Master concept is incorporated with different styles based on areas serving different purposes.

    Classic off-white plastered surfaces complemented by classical cornicing and multi-layered roof moldings.

    ​The grand two-story portico is anchored by heavy, rectangular dual columns PVC vinyl wall cladding and flooring in exterior full body light gray textured tile finish. This gives the facade a strong vertical anchor and a sense of permanence. Rich, warm wooden tone of the ceiling breaks up the monochromatic white facade and introduces visual warmth.

    Modern frameless glass railings with slim steel top-rails maintain open sightlines and keep the upper elevation feeling light despite the heavy structural overhead.

    Dark window frames with geometric security bars offer a sharp contrast against the light walls, encased within raised decorative plaster moldings.

    A manicured green turf grass lawn dominates the foreground. Its edge follows a soft, sweeping curve that creates an inviting, organic flow toward the entrance rather than harsh right angles.

    ​Hardscaping:

    ​A light-toned paver walkway runs adjacent to the boundary wall, physically separating the perimeter planting bed from the main lawn. high white compound wall, providing a striking splash of organic color against the clean background. 

    Car park area A large accent screen wall composed of deep red terracotta breeze blocks Serves as a primary focal point that adds texture, ventilation, and dynamic light/shadow play across the space.

    Dark grey and black polished granite flooring laid in an alternating checkerboard-style grid pattern.

    Foyer Area:

    Polished light grey marble with a dynamic, geometric starburst inlay.  Sharp, triangular dark black marble shapes create an intricate floor pattern. Carved natural stone pedestal bowl filled with fresh flowers is placed against neutral, textured finish with subtle diagonal sheen patterning. which gives European design vibe. 

    Heavy solid wooden main door with warm tone and stain with visible grains pattern features decorative dark color grilles set over a glass insert. 

    Waiting area: 

    Neutral palettes are dominated by soft cream, beige, and off-white tones, anchored by dark charcoal/black accents on furniture, sofa border ,frames and artwork.

    The main wall features classic wall molding with repeating geometric patterns.

    ​High-gloss marble floor with natural light grey and beige veining.

    ​A light grey textured accent rug with a raised geometric pattern defining the central seating zone.

    Open plan Dining and living:

    Double height 8-meter ceiling and open plan of dining and living zone for the modern Parisian Villa has Biophilic design features. Laminated toughened glass huge windows giving a landscaping view from staircase area. Curved ceiling designs serve as a striking architectural focal point, adding soft curves, depth, and scale to the living space. Earthy vibe of lime wash gives seamless, muted neutral tones. Organic curves, and polished stone finishes supporting biophilic aspect of the design.

    Beneath the dining table, a geometric black-and-grey marble floor inlay accent creates an embedded “rug” effect using repeating triangular patterns.

    ​​Seamless matte plaster finishes on the ceiling with statement glass chandelier visible on the upper level.

    Kitchen:

    Spotlight feature of the kitchen is Distinctive white hexagonal interlocking tiles featuring dark geometric outline borders. Modern, handleless off-white beige lower cabinets, paired with upper glass-front display cabinets framed in dark metal. Seamless white solid surface back splash flowing down to the countertop.

    Three old school brass-accented pendant lamps with flared shades, island counter paired with two wooden counter stools featuring brass framing and dark padded cushions. Wall and laminate color are selected from a same color pallet to achieve minimal look 

    Mandir:

    Back drop wall is finished in soft, warm cream plaster texture with subtle strokes.

    Geometric patterns flow from ceiling arch, fine grooves on wall forming concentric radial arches radiating from a distinct central ring, divided into panel sections by vertical and horizontal lines.

    clean white counter surface with a low, matching raised tier in the center. Traditional rugs are adding colors and complementing a 

    Pouffe which has traditional handicraft pattern Sambalpuri. Amber glass wall light has similar half round curve to the wall and ceiling design which is maintaining the pattern flow.

    Master Bedroom Ground:

    The bed is set against a full-height wall feature with vertical pattern sliding panels, framed by dark shelving alcoves on either side. The primary purpose of this panel is to cover a window without blocking the ventilation.

    A padded plush velvet headboard in a rich burgundy tone, shaped into two distinct vertically curved panels.

    A multi-tiered false ceiling featuring continuous warm cove lighting along the perimeter. Gold ornate corner moldings add a decorative touch inside the ceiling recessed tray. A mid-century modern wooden lounge chair paired with an ottoman, both upholstered in deep burgundy velvet to match the headboard. Dark-framed windows outfitted with structured, burgundy-patterned Roman blinds. Built-in Closet designed with soft arched interior panels in a subtle textured cream pattern.

    Walkin wardrobe

    Modern luxury with a clean, understated aesthetic. A walk-in wardrobe combined with a dedicated vanity nook. Wardrobe in brown tinted glass doors framed in slender warm gold profiles, featuring internal wooden shelving wall-mounted floating vanity desk paired with a large rectangular mirror featuring perimeter. Ceiling with decorative classic crown molding, illuminated by a combination of recessed downlights and a modern black linear track light.

    Master bedroom 1st floor:

    Modern contemporary yet cozy style with upscale, minimalist accents. Refined neutral palette balanced by dark glass partition. Dark Blue fabric, and warm wooden look of the flooring. Wide bed paired with a low-profile, plush upholstered headboard. A streamlined, dark gray upholstered bench with brass corner base accents positioned at the foot of the bed. A curved, two-drawer side tables in a matte gray finish resting beside the bed, topped with decorative accessories.

    Minimalist recessed ceiling spotlights provide direct illumination, complemented by slim, black-and-gold cylindrical pendant lights suspended over the bedside area.

    The focal point is a large-scale, classical landscape mural in monochromatic sepia and earthy brown tone. This feature is added to maintain the modern Parisian theme. Positioned against the mural wall is a patterned, textured cabinet with metallic handles, supported by a slim brass metal farm.

    Walkin wardrobe and washroom

    ​The space presents a cohesive, modern luxury suite that blends moody slate greys and rich cobalt blues with warm light-oak flooring and refined brushed brass accents

    fittings that complement the metallic trim in the closet area. A vertical accent panel tiled in glossy, deep-teal elongated picket tiles. Integrated backlighting behind the panel projects a soft halo glow onto the tile texture.

    A floating two-door vanity cabinet in a smooth matte taupe-grey finish, accented with subtle sculpted metallic handles. It is topped with a clean white solid-surface countertop

    Gym

    Modern home gym or combat training space designed with dedicated workout equipment and clean, ambient lighting. A large, floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall expands the room visually and reflects the punching bag, target pads, and a wooden interior door.

    TV Room and Skylight Circular ceiling designs serve as a striking architectural focal point, adding oft curves, depth, and scale to any living space. TV room area and a sky light view in terrace garden is a place where garden and the house become one. A bold, velvet curved sectional sofa in deep plum anchors the room, adding a rich pop of jewel-toned color against the neutral background.

    Light-to-medium pine wood-look flooring laid in a linear pattern adds warmth and continuity throughout space. Black-framed sliding glass doors flood the room with natural light and open out to an outdoor patio area featuring decorative terracotta Jali.
