Designed for a family that values calmness, warmth, and functional simplicity, the project brings together minimal aesthetics and expressive craftsmanship. From the entrance to the kids’ room, each space follows a quiet rhythm. Curves and the signature wave element create continuity throughout the home.
The wave is not simply used as a visual motif. It represents fluidity, ease, and continuity, reflecting the essence of the home. With each room, the wave subtly shifts in character while maintaining a unified design language. Project Prarabdh creates a home that evolves beautifully from one space to another.

The entrance sets the tone for what lies ahead: warm, grounded, and thoughtfully detailed. The main wooden door, with its natural grain and earthy tone, anchors the space immediately. A textured white brick wall brightens the entryway and adds a tactile layer to the otherwise minimal palette.
What truly elevates this space is the graceful wave detail that sweeps across the wall, travelling visually into the home and framing the nameplate in a soft, sculptural manner. This element becomes the first introduction to the design language that continues throughout the residence — gentle curves that soften edges and create a sense of flow.
The entrance feels both welcoming and intentional, signaling a home where simplicity doesn’t mean plainness — it means quiet elegance.
The living room continues the language of curves, creating a smooth transition from dining to living. The arch, custom curved sofa, and detailing on the TV unit all play into this theme, guiding the eye gently across the space.
A Marmarino textured wall adds a refined, artisanal touch. The stencil work across the wall and TV panel introduces a delicate layer of craftsmanship, elevating the room’s material palette.
Natural light pours in through soft drapes, enhancing the warmth of the oak finishes and the neutral-toned furniture. Every proportion, curve, and finish is designed to create:

The dining space is where architecture meets artistry. A sculpted arch, defined by its organic wave form, marks the transition from the kitchen to the living room. This arch is not just a structural element but a focal point that visually ties the home together.
Soft curves break the sharp geometries typically found in residential layouts, making the area feel more inviting and fluid.
Rattan pendant lights hang overhead, adding texture and warmth. Their natural material subtly echoes the tone of wood used throughout the home, completing the cohesive palette.
This space is calm, simple, and deeply connected to the design DNA of the home — grounded in form, warm in atmosphere, and beautifully balanced.
The bedroom is where the wave detail takes on a more expressive role. Crafted into the wardrobe shutters and headboard, it introduces a sense of movement without overwhelming the space. This gentle rhythm is balanced with a palette of natural wood, soft grey, and off-white — tones chosen specifically to calm the senses.

The result is a room that feels effortlessly serene. It is minimal without being cold, and elegant without being loud — a perfect retreat for rest and quiet living.
The kids’ room brings a sense of playfulness, but in a soft, thoughtfully curated way. Pastel tones and natural oak finishes form the foundation — colours that are warm, calming, and adaptable as the child grows.

The study area stands out as a zone of exploration and learning. A floating desk is placed against a world map wallpaper — a subtle nudge toward curiosity and imagination. The layout stays clean, ensuring the room feels spacious, organised, and easy to use.

The study room is designed around the idea of mental stillness — a space that allows focus without feeling stark. A dual-toned palette of blue and white forms the base, creating a calm atmosphere that is visually clean yet warm in its character.
The wave detail appears again subtly on the desk, giving the room its identity—it adds movement without cluttering the simplicity. The cane chair enhances the organic warmth, while the wooden blinds bring in texture and soften the natural light.
Functionality is central here:
This study feels peaceful — a place where ideas come naturally, and the aesthetic supports productivity without distraction.
With Project Prarabdh, the design journey has been about finding the perfect balance — between form and function, simplicity and expression, fluidity and structure.
From the first sketch to the last styling detail, every decision was made to create a home that feels cohesive, warm, and easy to live in.
