New Delhi, India: HōmAnAn marks a new era in how people experience and engage with design. Located in South Delhi, the experiential showhouse brings together India’s thoughtful homegrown design brands under one roof. It invites visitors to experience design through texture, light, materiality, and scale, all within the natural flow of a home.

HōmAnAn in South Delhi Reimagines the Showhouse as a Home for Contemporary Indian Design | HōmAnAn

Curated by interior stylist and brand consultant Anubha Aneja, HōmAnAn proposes a new way of engaging with interiors, one that privileges context over catalogue and emotion over display. The approximately 4,000 sq. ft. residence in New Delhi unfolds through a series of rooms designed for everyday living. The space encourages people to use the furniture, touch the textiles, and experience how light shifts throughout the day. Nothing remains purely decorative or staged. Everything belongs.

Each room speaks a distinct design language, at times calm and pared back, at others layered and tactile, yet the home reads as a cohesive whole. The experience allows visitors to understand proportion, materiality, and flow the way designers intend: through movement, memory, and mood.

At the heart of HōmAnAn is a rigorous act of curation, bringing together 40+ and growing Made-in-India brands that reflect the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Spanning furniture, soft furnishings, lighting, textiles, art and sculpture, wall finishes, carpets, décor, and accessories, every brand is selected for its commitment to  craftsmanship, design integrity, and longevity. Heritage names sit alongside emerging studios from across India—including Studio Karamica (Dharamshala), Ziba Homes (Chandigarh), Anantaya (Jaipur), Oorjaa (Bengaluru), Jagdish Sutar (Pune), Gyara Gyara (Vadodara), and Oluxury India (Mumbai)—creating a nuanced dialogue between tradition and modernity.

Committed to giving emerging and digital-first brands a physical platform, with exclusive collections created for HōmAnAn and artworks commissioned directly from artists and galleries, contemporary Indian craftsmanship at the showhouse is celebrated through a shared design sensibility rather than fleeting trends.

“A home is never a sum of individual pieces,” says Anubha Aneja, the founder of HōmAnAn. “It is built through relationships, between objects, materials, and the people who live with them. HōmAnAn is about offering that understanding before a choice is made.”

    Spatial Narrative

A sequential layout guides architects, designers, and connoisseurs through the home’s meticulously composed living areas, private bedrooms, dining spaces, and transitional galleries. Each room articulates a distinct aesthetic language, oscillating between minimalist, pared-back serenity and richly layered, tactile maximalism, yet the home maintains a cohesive narrative throughout.

Crucially for specifiers and private clients, every piece within the showhouse is available for purchase, positioning HōmAnAn as a comprehensive, one-stop sourcing destination for high-end, thoughtfully curated interiors. They also offer personalised in-home consultations, design and styling services, mood boards, and décor planning, helping clients visualise spaces through curated recommendations tailored to their lifestyles.

In a digital era where design often becomes a fleeting visual shorthand, HōmAnAn offers a more considered and tactile experience in South Delhi. It celebrates India’s contemporary design intelligence and material culture. At the same time, it reflects how modern domestic spaces continue to evolve.
