    Use of Wood

A key highlight of Gulmohar House is the use of wood throughout in different elements & the use of
Traditional Indian art forms, designed specifically to meet the needs of the clients. The living and dining
areas feature exposed ceiling rafters, adding rustic charm and enhancing the open, airy feel of the
    space.

    Row House

    Art Forms

Indian art forms—Warli, Kanta, and Gond—adorn the hand-painted wardrobes, infusing vibrant
cultural stories into the interiors. The design also includes sustainable features such as a live stock dung
/cow dung wall for natural insulation and rainwater harvesting to reduce the home’s environmental
    footprint.

    Dining Table

The dining table is a standout piece. The architects made them from Indian stone that brings a grounded, earthy appeal to the space. They made the chairs out of wood, contributing to the home’s warm, natural ambience.

    Kitchen

The modular kitchen is sleek and functional. The custom-made sofa and centre table in the living
room blend style with practicality. Additionally, the house is equipped with a lift, ensuring accessibility
    across all levels.

This natural material adds texture and durability while complementing the overall design of the home.
The rattan is used creatively throughout the house. Beds, chairs, and the TV unit were crafted from this
woven material, adding a touch of organic warmth and craftsmanship.

The Gulmohar House is a perfect fusion of tradition, modernity, and sustainability, offering a peaceful,
    art-filled sanctuary for its clients.
