The living and dining expanse is a study in poised elegance. Here, the warmth of beige is elevated by bold, deliberate gestures.

Anchoring the space is the TV wall,a breathtaking expanse of book-matched marble in golden ochres and veined ambers, its subtle chevron texturing catching light like woven silk.

A floating console, detailed in soft fluting, balances the solidity of the stone with a gentle rhythm, against the earth-toned backdrop.

Furniture pieces are curated with the same neo-classical restraint, upholstered seating in creamy neutrals, accented by brass trims and elegantly tapered legs.

The dining set echoes sophistication with a polished italian surface paired with sculptural chairs that marry comfort with form.

Overhead, the chandelier commands attention without clamour where crystal drops and brushed brass arms refract light into a warm, inviting glow, casting a timeless glamour across the room.

Neo-Classical Elements

Every element here from the proportioned wall mouldings to the ceiling’s intricate coffering works in concert to create a space that feels both grand and grounded, a setting as suited to quiet family evenings as it is to lavish gatherings.

Bedrooms

Designed as a harmonious fusion of contemporary minimalism and neoclassical elegance, these bedrooms feature refined wall mouldings set against a soft beige palette. The warmth of the neutral tones is complemented by curated brass accents, adding a subtle layer of sophistication.

Clean-lined furniture and restrained decor maintain a modern sensibility, while classical detailing lends depth and character. The result is a balanced, timeless environment that is both inviting and impeccably composed.

Theatre Room

A deliberate departure from the muted serenity of the rest of the bungalow, the theatre room is swathed in deep, immersive tones acting like a tactile cocoon for cinematic escape. Plush wall panelling doubles as acoustic treatment, while bold brass accents punctuate the darkness like constellations.

Here, form takes on drama, colour becomes atmosphere, and the experience is as much about design as it is about film.

Powder Room

The powder room is a small stage for big impressions. Rich textures, bold contrasts, and sculptural lighting turn this intimate space into a jewel-box of personality. It’s the first hint to guests that the earthy home holds far more than meets the eye.
