The exciting challenge presented to us was from a wonderful family of six, consisting of a couple, their two kids, and their parents, making it a 6 bedroom house design. The objective was to create an interior that exuded grandeur and modernity. Each room was tailored to match the preferences of its intended user, creating a unique theme for every space. Our clients, who happened to be a family of esteemed doctors, expressed their desire for a home that served as a sanctuary for unwinding and relaxation after their demanding and bustling work schedules.

To meet their needs, we focused on functional and practical designs, ensuring optimal use of space. Thoughtful attention enhanced both functionality and ambiance, focusing on lighting. Above all, we aimed to craft an interior that radiated a sense of tranquility. Thus, allowing the family to find solace and rejuvenation amidst their busy lives. Through a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality, we aimed to create a home that not only fulfilled their design aspirations but also nurtured their well-being.

Design Approach

The design for this family’s home intertwines the essence of grandeur, modernity, and uniqueness. Moreover, it crafts an environment that serves as a haven for relaxation amidst their demanding lives as medical professionals.

We have incorporated luxurious and elegant elements throughout the home. Marble, rich veneers, and plush fabrics elevate the design, adding a sense of opulence. Statement pieces of furniture and artwork adorn various spaces, creating focal points that capture attention.

Sleek and clean lines infuse modernity, while contemporary furnishings and innovative technology enhance the design. Additionally, smart home features integrate seamlessly, enabling the family to control lighting, temperature, and entertainment effortlessly.

Each room has its own unique theme, tailored to the preferences and personalities of its occupants. The couple’s bedroom embraces modernity, while the kids’ room is playful and vibrant. The design of the grandparents’ room incorporates a touch of traditional elegance.

Special attention focuses on lighting design throughout the house, creating a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Warm and soft lighting promotes a sense of coziness, while task lighting ensures functionality in the kitchen and common areas.

The layout encourages flow and convenience. Thus, creating open spaces that help family members connect easily and foster a sense of togetherness. Ample storage solutions keep the home clutter-free, promoting a peaceful and organized environment.

Ultimately, this design aims to seamlessly blend luxury, modernity, and personalization. Additionally, it offers a visually stunning interiors and a sanctuary that nurtures the family’s well-being. Furthermore, it provides respite from their demanding professional lives.

Design Concept

The design concept for the house seamlessly fuses curves and straight lines, creating enchanting visual harmony in every room. The living room takes center stage with a grand and timeless theme, where off-white stucco on the walls exudes a sense of purity and serenity. To infuse warmth into the space, the design team meticulously chooses light oak veneer. Meanwhile, dark ash veneer imparts a touch of depth and sophistication, seamlessly elevating the interior’s character.

Ingeniously designed bronze finish metal screens with delicate curves etched onto glass serve a dual purpose, not only concealing the bedroom passage but also adding an air of elegance and privacy to the living room. The strategic use of patterns and shapes accentuates verticality. Thereby, bestowing the living room with an illusion of a heightened ceiling, enhancing the overall spaciousness.

A large waterfall introduces a breath of life, teeming with lush green plants. However, it infuses nature’s beauty into the interior and nurtures a connection with the outdoors.

Each bedroom boasts a distinctive theme and a carefully selected color palette, creating a personalized haven for each occupant. The master bedroom stands out with premium stucco-finished walls, paired elegantly with fluted panels. It introduces captivating patterns that engage the eye and add a touch of intrigue.

Every room in the house is a delightful blend of mesmerizing patterns and expertly curated design elements, transforming the space into an artful symphony of luxury, timelessness, and modernity. The result is an awe-inspiring home that celebrates the individuality of each room while seamlessly harmonizing with the grand design vision.

Design Process

The design process for this house began with a meticulous focus on optimizing the layout and furniture placement, taking into consideration the client’s lifestyle and preferences. Our primary goal was to create an interior that exuded relaxation while ensuring an efficient seating arrangement for a large family.

Living Room

In the living room, we strategically positioned two large L-shaped sofas next to the window to maximize comfort and capitalize on the stunning view of the entire living area, with the captivating waterfall as the centerpiece. The dining table was placed closer to the kitchen, and in response to the client’s request, the TV unit was positioned in front of the dining area.

A dedicated prayer space integrates thoughtfully, enclosed within a gracefully curved sliding partition coated with a bronze liquid metal finish, which elevates the grand ambiance of the living room. Additionally, a curved bronze metal panel infuses the interior with artful shapes, enhancing its overall allure.

Master Bedroom

The master bedrooms, are designed to provide a calming essence, were adorned with soothing light beige shades and complemented by wood veneers, creating an ambiance of tranquility and relaxation.

Guest Room

The guest room was graced with earthy taupe and beige tones, imparting a fresh and vibrant feel to the space, ideal for welcoming visitors.

Kid’s Room

In contrast, the kids’ room was adorned with playful curved elements, infusing a sense of joy and whimsy into the interior. The use of grey as a neutral backdrop, along with hints of yellow and black, added a delightful contrast. 

Multimedia Room

In contrast, for the multimedia room, the use of ash grey veneers evoked a dark, theater-like environment and dark maroon highlights added richness and sophistication.

These highlights also added depth and visual appeal to this captivating space. Every aspect of the interior design was thoughtfully crafted, incorporating rich colors, and luxurious finishes, to create an ambiance that is both stylish and relaxing.
