    Contemporary Exterior House Design

This sanctuary with understated, simple furnishings that invite relaxation, allowing the architectural features to bask in the limelight. Expansive windows frame glimpses of the courtyard beyond, flooding the space with light and gentle breezes.

Every element in the home blends together, neither overshadowing nor vying for attention. When you take a moment to truly appreciate the finer details, subtle nuances begin to reveal themselves.

    Contemporary Exterior House Design

Among the home’s most enchanting features is the pooja niche, seamlessly woven into the wall. Here, a skylight bathes the intricately carved frame and brick cladding, creating a mesmerizing spotlight. Upon entering the house, your gaze is instantly drawn to the impressive double- height living room, where concrete tiles meet the warmth of wooden flooring in a striking visual symphony.

As the sun journeys across the sky, it creates an ever-changing mosaic that dances across the courtyard floor.

    Informal Living Area

The informal living area exudes warmth with its wooden tones and extends to a cozy sit-out, where wooden rafters allow light to filter through while preserving privacy. Moreover, the rich earthy palette creates a grounding ambiance. Thus, enveloping the space in a gentle embrace of tranquility.

Additionally, the unadorned walls serve as a canvas, enabling the luxurious brown leather sofas and timeless wooden furniture to shine against their soothing background.

    Open Kitchen and Dining

This harmonious flow continues into the open kitchen and dining space, defined by a clean, minimalistic aesthetic. However, brown accents enrich the space, maintaining a cohesive theme. A circular window introduces a delightful surprise, framing the greenery displayed outside and adding a whimsical flair to the kitchen.

Ascending the wooden-clad staircase, you arrive at the upper level, which accommodates two bedrooms with built-in beds, a master bedroom, and a family lounge that looks down upon the formal living area below.

    Master Bedroom

The master bedroom boasts a cozy study and sitting area. Additionally, the bathroom is rather luxurious with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in ample light to the glass-clad shower cubicle.

Every nook of this home reveals a unique detail, each whispering its own tale. Moreover, the family area features exquisite woodwork that captures the eye, beautifully complemented by an olive green suede sofa, while the natural hues and textures flow seamlessly to the brick-clad balcony.

    Balcony

From the balcony, glimpses of the world filter through the perforations of the jalli and rafters. Moreover, it ensures the home remains open yet not entirely confined, safeguarding the sanctity of the privacy of the home.

The façade of the building is adorned with brick cladding, additionally complemented by wooden rafters and Stonelam tiles. Planter boxes gracefully interrupt the monotony. Thus, harmonizing with the earthy palette that envelops the structure.
