    Staircase

The staircase, strategically located at the villa’s center, serves as a focal point, visible from every corner of the house. To highlight its prominence, we’ve meticulously crafted this architectural showpiece with two Italian marble varieties, enhanced by elegant wooden tiles.

These rich materials seamlessly extend from the staircase to form a spacious seating area and deck, perfect for relaxation and socialization.

    Powder Room

In a testament to our attention to detail, the powder room door, discreetly nestled beneath the staircase, has been masterfully camouflaged with wooden rafters. This clever design element ensures visual continuity, maintaining the integrity of the space and creating a sense of fluidity throughout the entire floor area.

    An Architectural Entity

The result is a stunning staircase that offers functional connectivity while serving as a beautiful anchor for the villa’s design. It seamlessly ties together the various elements, enhancing the overall aesthetic and flow of the space. Its grand presence sets the tone for a sophisticated and welcoming living environment.

    Dining Space

Placed under a gorgeous drop of light, the dining space showcases a show-stopping marble table, with matte finish and slender cylindrical legs creating a sophisticated aesthetic, while its bespoke design ensures seamless integration with the surrounding space.

    Kitchen

The kitchen and island have been thoughtfully designed to strike a balance between functionality and style. Clean lines, elegant cabinetry, and a refined color palette converge to create an inviting atmosphere that harmonizes with the rest of the house. A unique and intimate seating area, tailored specifically for the lady of the house, offers a cozy retreat to enjoy meal preparations. This purposeful design element not only enhances the kitchen’s functionality but also fosters a sense of warmth and connection to the heart of the home.

    Inviting Lounge

The upper floor serves as a retreat for relaxation and family bonding, housing the Master bedroom, two kids’ bedrooms, and a spacious family lounge. Furthermore, this inviting lounge boasts a stunning view of the staircase, highlighted by CNC-cut bison board panels, painted to perfection, creating a dramatic visual focal point. Additionally, Rich walnut-finished wooden flooring adds warmth and sophistication, inviting family members to unwind and connect.

    Bedrooms

Each bedroom in this residence has been meticulously crafted with its end-users in mind, also ensuring a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and personal style.

The ground-floor bedroom, specifically designed for the senior member of the household, prioritizes accessibility and comfort. Furthermore, ergonomic design elements, including a plush bed, lounge chair, and ample storage space, create a cozy retreat.

    Master Suite

The primary bedroom, or Master suite, boasts a thoughtful design that balances privacy with connectivity. A discreet window offers subtle view into the family areas on both floors, ensuring connection while maintaining privacy and seclusion.

The room’s centerpiece is a stunning bed back, crafted from printed glass pieces and lacquered black Satvario marble, creating elegance. Furthermore, the bedroom features a spacious study area for reflection and productivity, along with a luxurious walk-in closet for ample storage.

    Kid’s Bedrooms

The two kid’s bedrooms have been elegantly designed with their unique needs and personalities in mind. Each room showcases thoughtful details, including cozy bedding and innovative storage, and also creates a peaceful, inspiring environment for rest, play, and growth.
