The four-bedroom apartment is named as radhevandan “Radhe” or “Radha” meaning prosperity, perfection, success and wealth and “Vandan” meaning worship.
The design concept was to incorporate a modern, contemporary theme by using complex geometrical patterns. The goal was to break the symmetry and achieve asymmetrical balance in the design, keeping in mind that design depends on thoughtful execution, balancing complexity with coherence, and ensuring that the chosen elements align with the overall theme and purpose of the space or object.
This Modern Four-bedroom Apartment Uses Complex Geometrical Patterns | New Dimension
The four-bedroom apartment on the first floor welcomes guests with a gorgeous partition screen separating the foyer from the drawing room.
As we approach the house, we are mesmerised by a stunning geometrical contemporary ceiling featuring a hardwood block in the shape of a diamond blended in pop at the drawing room. The vast and spacious drawing room, which is enlightened by the natural light gathered through the attached balcony with plantations and swings installed in it, enhances the overall scene from the entrance.
Uniting the living and dining spaces to create a vast, spacious hall not only enhances the sense of openness but also promotes a seamless flow between these two essential areas.
Maximising natural light by incorporating large glass doors attached to a balcony, which not only contribute to the spacious feel but also connect the interior with the outdoor environment,.
Complementary colour schemes with the same type of flooring throughout, making the entire space feel cohesive. The incorporation of a square spiral motif ceiling in both the living and dining spaces, mirrored but differentiated by material in style, adds a unique and visually appealing touch. A wooden spiral is crafted for the dining area, which adds warmth and a natural touch to the space, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere.
The living area features a pop spiral design, introducing a contemporary and electric element that brings vibrancy and modernity to the space.
Dark charcoal sheets adorned the TV unit, contrasting strikingly with the Italian Emperador beige marble backdrop featuring a marble-finished laminate. The upholstery of the sofa complements the flooring, seamlessly connecting the elements together.
The design of the parents’ bedroom incorporates a combination of grey, wooden, and white laminates. Thereby creating a simple and understated aesthetic.
Walnut brown panelling beautifully enhances the ceiling of the master bedroom, further complemented by the presence of elegant hanging lights. Moreover, two slender windows flank the bed, adding charm and natural light to the room.
The designer selected a gentle and muted color scheme for the children’s room, featuring light bluish-grey walls and white furniture.
A dark blue velvet cushion adorns the furniture, while a separate study area and a small bookshelf complete the space.
As you enter the room, you will find a library-like space with a geometrically patterned wall, which adds a touch of playfulness. Additionally, a bluish-toned guitar hangs above the side table, completing the overall look.
