  • The Abstract Wall Made Of Stone Creates A Dramatic Backdrop | RD Architects

The Abstract stone wall creates a dramatic backdrop in the living room. The soft grey upholstery of the sofa alongside a collection of patterned cushions, chairs and detailed wooden furniture placed above the geometric rug exudes the contemporary contrast.

Editor’s Note: “In this Ahmedabad residence, a seamless fusion of neutral hues, functionality, and comfort reigns. Earthy tones mingle with gentle prints and intricately textured walls, infusing depth into every corner while preserving a modern aesthetic. Throughout the dwelling, a subtle sense of minimalism interplays with comfort and refinement, crafting an ambience that welcomes with its warmth and sophistication.” ~Simran Khare

    Dining room

Intersection of comfort, functionality and aesthetics in this living dining area creates a rejuvenating essence.

    Temple

Seating in an organized temple space brings stillness and clarity to the mind, allowing for deeper spiritual practices we chose colors that promote a tranquil environment such as earthy tones, calming shades of green in the Pichwai art work and incorporating nature by adding soft prints on seating fabrics to create a grounding effect.

    Master bedroom

By incorporating layers such as wall texture, sheer curtains, wooden furniture and a tufted headboard adds dimension and depth to the room, without resorting to bold colors, neutral colors also lend themselves well to modern interior design.

As seen in this master bedroom featuring a sleek, low platform bed and an elegantly designed dressing mirror that adds a visual interest with magnifying the room, brings a sense of tranquility to the space.

    Guest bedroom

The key consideration for this guest bedroom is creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. To achieve this we used a deep shade of purple for bed design that adds a touch of luxury while using a feature wall with a bold texture to add depth to the space and incorporating light as an element made from stone which is complemented with wood accents, such as wooden panel and bedside table creates a warm and inviting space.

    Children bedroom

This children’s bedroom designed with clean lines, simple details and a neutral color palette is a great way to create a minimalist approach to it.

Shades of gray used for walls and furniture, while added pops of colors through accessories such as headboard, pillows and art works that makes the room feel more inviting and playful.

    Bathroom

A statement mirror adds a personal touch to these modern classic bathroom. Storage is seamlessly incorporated into the design of a bathroom, providing ample space for all essentials. The use of bold blue with neutral shade of grey and sleek fixtures exude a sense of opulence.
