  • This Multi Family Home Accommodated Members Of All Age | Midas Luxury Interiors

We had to match up with everyone’s expectations since this multi family home accommodated family members of all age groups from 75 years old father to 3 year old grandson. One common point among them was the sense of luxury.

    multi family home

Client Mr. Siddharth and his wife Rasana Chajjed came up with this proposal after they saw one of our completed project of one of the client. It’s a multi family home with parents and two small children. We had a free pen to design the internal wall as per clients requirement as the internal walls were not done and builder has given permission to allow modification as per clients needs. Thus, we came up with first plan, which was liked by the client and approved. We were very happy to start the project.

    Concept Note

We came up with the timeless design with modern touch by giving royal opulence to the area. By combining classic and modern codes, we have tried to create interiors that embody luxury, with special attention to detail, playing with muted color palette, materials, textures and by maintaining a timeless aesthetic. The careful selection of loose furniture and soft, flowing curtains seemingly encapsulated the entire space with neutral light permeating the interiors. The aim was to create a house that is bright, airy, cozy, calm and visually soft.

Foyer space opens up with living area and dining area. Moreover, the design maintains continuity in the area, ensuring a seamless appearance without any destruction. A balcony makes the space look expansive. Indeed it is a perfect place to enjoy nature, with cozy seating arrangement and a cup of coffee.

We enjoyed decorating this space by adding black and white flooring to add sophistication and style. However, we completed the house in 12 months, resulting in a beautiful outcome.

    Design Process

As the concept of the house was finalized, we firstly finalized the marble for the floor. Micheal angilo in white with muted grains made the area look very bright during the day. Later, we finalized the bathroom marble, tiles, and kitchen dado wall. For the kitchen floor, we chose dark flooring and paired it with light cabinet colors. We further balanced the dark floor with Michelangelo marble on the dado wall.

Parent’s room is more serene and simplified by using veneer in bed back wall. Customized bed made at site with wood border overall giving a classy look. Additionally, we made wardrobe on a muted color tone by adding flute in the lower panel of the door.

Children bedroom completely designed keeping their cute daughter who loves to dress up and a boy who loves to mess up.

Altogether the colors used were pastels tones to match both choices. Sister’s bedroom designed in a bright color palette to make the room look more vibrant and lively.

Lastly, for the guest bathroom we have used tropical print tiles which is complimenting the bedroom. A small expandable couch acts as extra bed when needed.
