Studio Tattva by Aditi designed this bright and airy 2500 sq. ft. home with the simple philosophy of balanced elegance, comfort, and luxury. Every element in this modern contemporary 4 BHK house in Prabhadevi demonstrates careful craftsmanship to ensure that the space was welcoming and an oasis of comfort.
2500 sq. ft. home With The Simple Philosophy of Balanced Elegance | Studio Tattva By Aditi
The living room adorns a curved sofa in tandem with a large four-seater. It also has two cosy recliners that the client sourced from abroad for this 2500 sq. ft. home
The informal yet cosy seating arrangement is multi-purpose for both entertainment and living.
Hence, we purposefully placed a ledge bench near the sea view, thus making it a perfect spot for rumination and an early morning coffee.
The living room opens to the dining room on one side and the sea view on the other side, thus allowing the light and air to permeate and energise the area while adding the infinite breath of the ocean.
The dining area highlights a hidden pop-down bar that resurrects from the ceiling with just a click of a button. Hence, the area transforms into a fully functional bar ideal for your favourite wine bottles.
In the kitchen, we introduced a new material called “Flake,” which has a foil sheet pasted on plywood, thus giving it a PU-like finish.
The bedrooms feature soft pastel colours with varying themes. One of the bedrooms features blue and white damask wall paper, which was imported from Italy.
The Couch and console table each placed in different bedrooms can also be converted into a fully functional bed thus adding to the utility and purposefulness of these rooms.
The house is a choir of colours and themes bound together by the simple yet elegant white walls, just like a canvas binds the “Picasso.”
The house is the epitome of multi-functionality and upcycling. We have also maximised comfort and even utilised the existing furniture to minimise waste, thus taking another step towards sustainability.
As for the interior furnishings, every piece has been carefully considered to compliment the homeowner’s assemblage to artwork.
