  • Simple And Elegant Home With Special Attention To Spaciousness | Designloom Architects

This residence for an NRI family is a simple and elegant home with special attention to spaciousness and ease of maintenance. We believe the design approach has very tactfully encapsulated the needs and aspirations of the client to its full potential.

Editor’s Note: This elegant home by DesignLoom Architects is the epitome of simplicity and functionality. A neat and clean lawn surrounds the home’s exterior, which slowly seeps within, thus bringing life into the homes. Whether from a small strip window or expansive fenestrations, natural light always finds a way to become one with the home. – Gopika Pramod

Simple And Elegant Home With Special Attention To Spaciousness | Designloom Architects

Combination of pitched roof, sloping roof, truss roof, pergolas in the right way, makes it a pleasing ensemble.

A calm and peaceful outlook is achieved through graceful use of warm tones in the exterior and light brightening tones in the interior. An asymmetrical balance embodies its form.

The interiors are treated elegantly with minimalistic furnishings. The windows are placed tactfully to  bring in the snippet of the viridian landscape into the interior.

The upper bedroom opens up to a balcony with its  UPVC glazing screen which adds to the privacy of the occupants, at the same time complements the exterior elevation as a curious facade element.
