So the major challenge was to cut off the heat intake of the house and to provide a natural passive cooling content, so we thought of providing rotating louvers in the elevation which serves as the best for heat reduction at front and to open as wide in a breezy weather, additionally we have used rat trap bonding’s, brick bat coba in terrace flooring to reduce the overall intake.

We have split the spaces according to uses of the family member like we keep general meeting area or a hall at ground floor for the owners professional meetups along with a guest apartment alongside.

Coming onto the first floor we have compiled all the family spaces bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen and other and on the top we have kept the mixed area library ,formal sittings, mandir area and a proper green balconies with tilt of shades in the terrace.

In this house we have used a lot of material pallets from vitrified tiles to kota marble at terrace to Italian marbles at walls and other hard stones for jabbing of windows and long openings.

And by using the same methodology in colours we have played a lot in different spaces with different colour moods variation. Like in the children room we have used a family of orange colour with duco on wood and veneer touch.

As a result we got a perfect blend of luxury and a mix of sustainability methods combo, serving the needs of a small family of four.
