    This home is a perfect paradigm of modern minimalism joining design forces with sophistication. The design concept revolves around creating an atmosphere of serene delicacy. The colour tones are kept light with dark tones to the minimum. Each room harmonizes contrasting colours and textures with its strong visual flow of geometric forms, disrupted by pops of colour and tactile surfaces that foster a sense of comfort and seclusion within the bustling city life of Rajkot.

    The layout of the house is thoughtfully planned, ensuring efficient circulation and a seamless flow between rooms. The interior spaces are carefully zoned, offering a harmonious balance between public and private areas. Open-concept living spaces allow for easy interaction and social gatherings, while private retreats provide tranquillity and solitude.

    The ground floor is planned with common areas with home theatre, driver room & parking area. The first floor includes Living area, dining area, kitchen with one bedroom, dining space connected by a passage overlooking the double height. The second floor has a master bedroom & kids bedroom. The above third floor has a parents bedroom with deck (terrace) area. The bathrooms are designed with luxurious finishes and fixtures.

    Living Area : The living room showcases a seamless blend of plush comfort and refined aesthetics. Lavish sofas and chairs upholstered in luxurious fabrics offer a cozy seating arrangement.

    Beautifully translucent curtains and matte walls add to the royal experience of the space with the seating arrangement.

    Dining Area : Adjacent to the living room, a stunning dining area awaits. A large, polished dining table serves as the centrepiece, surrounded by elegantly upholstered chairs.

    The ambient lighting, tastefully placed decorative elements, transforming every meal into a memorable experience. On a visual level, it expands the perceived space, making the room feel larger and more open.

    Kitchen Area : Adjoining kitchen serves as the source of prudent interiors. It has its own materials, colour selections has been defined by balancing a bold colour with the neutrals similar to breakfast table. It is majorly dark – light grey tone and well-lit for convenient cooking curating a unique from of modernity and class with its neat design.

    Day Room : This bedroom speaks of its softness and neat approach. It is designed in a way that it offers versatility and class. It is an amalgamation of profuse materials in many ways.

    A tan brown leather finished bed with slender legs centralizes the space to be surrounded by crude panels and vertical battening.

    Parents Bedroom : The first glance of master bedroom would leave one awed. Each bedroom within this house exudes its unit.

    Lavishly appointed beds, plush carpets, and carefully selected furnishings create an indulgent retreat for relaxation.

    Home Theatre : A place where a big group of friends can see a match or a movie together. The home theatre is a cosy 8 to10 seated arrangement.

    The villa is equipped with an acoustically sound home theatre. Cozy seating and warm lights set a perfect mood for those lethargic retreats in here.

    Deck / Terrace : A terrace garden with beautiful peripheral plotted plants, a snug sitting on one side of the terrace is designed with informal space with open to sky and have jacuzzi with it.

    A pebble filled delineating line is identified for the other seating arrangements, outdoor wicker furniture is used to complete the ensemble.
