While sitting in waiting area one gets the view of circular back lit soft board on one side, and the hustle of the busy city road on the other.
The “Aum” in thread art is the first thing you see when you enter the space and you are carried to a peaceful meditative zone cutting off from the hustle of daily life for a while
When we enter the waiting area we see the arched door to enter the yoga studio. After entering we see the sliding door that divides the space into two when required and also the partition wall in terracotta color having grooves camouflages the door leading to the meditation area and the service area adding an element of surprise.
Moving further within the space is the yoga studio having beautiful artwork on the walls and ceiling. The design revolves around various focal points the “art wall” adorned by contemporary form of yoga poses making for a “happy sight” when one enters the studio, continuing till the ceiling not breaking the vision.
The circular sitting in one studio on the partition wall makes a space for the instructor to sit or just a “photo-op” space which is balanced by the circular window in the other studio.
The unique yoga mat storage also has beautiful artwork in the background. The sitting adjoining the windows make space for reading, interacting etc. The use of bold colors and warm textures in the space takes you into a Zen mode with elements that help you connect you to your mind, body and soul.
Very contemporary style & design was used keeping art as the main focus. Our design intention was to create a meditative and zen environment which helps one create connection with inner self.
